S2 The Walking Dead Chapter 8: Nebraska

When Rick and Glenn got there they found a bar Hershel might be. They opened the door and seen Hershel sitting down at the counter. Rick and Glenn Approached him slowly Hershel turned around and asked them why they did what they did. Rick explained to him that its infection that cant be cured when they went to the CDC the docter explained that the brain shuts down and only the stem comes back and everything they were everything they will be is gone. Hershel wasn't as depressed but still sad that his whole family is gone. After they all had a couple of drinks together Rick said that he needs to come back to the farm and support his daughters that seen there mother die like Maggie,Amy,and Patricia. Hershel said he couldn't do it he couldn't go back looking a coward. Rick told him that everyone understands that what he did is hard Its hard to out them down like that. After they were done talking Hershel Decided to go back when two middle aged men came through the door. They came in piece and said they were just looking for shelter when they clearly lied and had a camp with thirty people. They sat down and talked and said if Rick tells were the farm is the man will tell them were the camp is. Rick couldn't risk it they could be ripping him off and not tell them were the camp is. The men said that they were trying to head to Nebraska. They started getting agrevated and wanted to know were the farm was. They put there guns down and pulled a trick on them. once Rick put his gun back in his holster they would shoot Glenn and Rick. Rick didn't put his gun down the man with the pistol picked up the pistol and tried to shoot rick. Rick shot the guy with the pistol and the other man across the room in the head. They figured they needed to get outta there and go back to the farm. They waited till night time to make sure no one else comes so they can take there ammo and guns. Glenn checked the rest of the bar to see if theres any usefull supplies. Glenn went back in the room. And had to take cover right away cause there was people outside of the bar. People were calling out seeing if theres anyone in the bar they were silent. They tried to open the door and glenn slammed agaist the door so they couldn't get in. Back at the farm Lori was getting worried that Rick, and Glenn aren't back yet. Lori took a revolver and took a car and left to go try and find them.
