My Turn: Beginning.
A year has passed since the family trip to Bermuda (excluding Daddy, of course) and life is... different. Heather and Trell got married and had a baby girl named Sorella (ironic, right?) and I haven't spoken to Daddy in about three months.
August got full custody, no visitation.
I moved with him to Atlanta and now I go to a public school but Sebastian is living here, too. Every night when August is asleep, Sebastian would come into my room and we'd cuddle and talk about absolutely nothing all night long. He'd hold me and tell me that he loves me and give me loving kisses. And before questions arise we did not do 'it'-- yet, that is. Of course we'd been together a year and three months so we have full leeway. Unfortunately though, August's room is right next door and the walls are kinda thin.
Today was the day back to high school from Christmas break. Bash parked in a spot close to the front door and killed the ignition. He took his snapback off his head, ran his fingers through his new short curls and put it back on before looking at me. "You good ma?"
"Yeah, tired," I yawned, "I'm good though."
"Kept you up last night, eh?" he smirked, leaning in to kiss my neck. Last night, he uh.. pleasured me, if you will.
"Uh uh," I whined. "I just got the concealer to cover the stupid ass hickies you left."
"Nah bae," he licked his index finger and started to wipe my neck. "I want all these broke ass niggas to know you mine. Feel me?"
"Whateva'," I rolled my eyes.
"You better watch those eyes, girl. I'll tear 'em from ya damn skull."
I stuck my tongue out at him and got out of his gold Mercedes-Benz that Michael got him for his 17th birthday. I walked around the front of the car just to be pulled back by the straps that were dangling from my overalls into Bash's arms. "What did I tell you this morning 'bout that walkin' away shit?" he asked.
"That you don't like it because it doesn't make us look like the team that we are." I recited from the long ass, unnecessary ass speech he gave me this morning at breakfast. "Can we go now?"
"Aight ma," he adjusted my "S" necklace, and that made me want to touch his "A" necklace. We'd gotten them on the night before our ten-month anniversary and I hadn't taken it off since. "Let's roll."
