3 • Who understands you

Jimin doesn't contact Jungkook.

For him it was an obvious challenge but he manages anyway.

He doesn't open his window blinds no matter what and in campus he'd avoid Jungkook like a plague.

Jimin was tired of trying to fix things whenever he and Jungkook fought. He'd always be the first one to apologize but he won't this time.

He did nothing wrong, and if Jungkook couldn't realize that then so be it.

It takes awhile for Taehyung to realize but when he sees Jungkook being more irritable than usual and getting unexplainably mad whenever he does a mistake in training, he put two and two together and realized something was wrong.

More so now since he never sees Jimin within a mile radius of Jungkook anymore.

The team obviously knew Jungkook and Chaeyoung weren't together anymore but they weren't surprised since she and Jungkook had that on and off relationship.

At this point it was just too normal for them to care.

Jimin also stopped showing up at lunch, tas sually he'd eat in the cafeteria but he's almost never there.

He also found himself agreeing to go on the date with Taemin, He figured it was finally time to give someone else a chance and stop chasing after someone who was chasing someone else.

Later Jimin hears that Jungkook pulls out from their group meeting at Jin's, It wasn't surprising but Jimin couldn't help but feel mad. Jungkook was being difficult over something he didn't understand and it was stupid.

Jimin's phone rings which makes him jump in shock. He picks it up and presses it against his ear.

"Hello?"

(Hey.)

Jimin fixes his necklace and gives himself a once over. Remember that date? Yep. He's going to it right now.

(I'm right down your porch.)

"O-Oh! You're already there?"

For the first time in forever Jimin opens his blinds to peek at their house's porch. Standing there was Taemin was in his full glory, Leaning against his pick up truck with his phone pressed on his ear.

(Yeah. I'll wait!)

"I'll be right down! Give me a second!"

Jimin ends the call and subconsciously looks across him, Jungkook's blinds were open and he was playing with his guitar.

The moment Jimin looks at him he directs his gaze somewhere else. Jimin frowns and rolls his eyes, He wasn't going to deal with this right now. This is his night and he's going to have fun with his nice date.

On the other side, Jungkook carefully glances at Jimin from his room. The latter was leaning on his vanity mirror fixing something on his eye. He watches his bestfriend spray that perfume of his that he only wears on special occassions.

Jungkook's left eye twitches when Jimin grabs his phone and wallet and closes the lights in his room.

Jungkook doesn't realize his grip on his guitar strings were so tight that one of them broke until he hears the sound of it. He huffs and throws the guitar on his bed roughly before standing up and pulling open his window to step outside his balcony.
