The Unknown Child

I was never a materialistic person.

I was never awed by substantial things.

I was never insecure of the clothes that I wore.

But, it hurts to know that some people could easily have access to those things without even working hard for it.

" Mama, is my efforts not enough for you to even think about me without me asking for it."

Right, I should not say that since it is not your fault that you do not know what I like because I was always silent waiting for whatever you have to offer because that's what I live for.

Your words.

Your demands.

Your bargains,

and thus, I am hoping for the love.

So it's not your fault that you do not know what I like and what I want.

Perhaps that's the reason why you do not know I have my own dreams and desires except from the person that you want me to be.
