"So you're joining the history club?" Ophelia asked.

It had been a few days since the girls had started their classes at Royale High, and the school year was in full swing. Now, they were both lying on Ophelia's bed trying to decide which club's to join.

"Well, I'm joining the archery and football clubs too, but history as well. Why?"

Ophelia pretended to gag.

"History is the worst abomination of a subject. I practically died studying for it to get into the school."

"History is fun!" May protested.

"If fun means torture, then history is fun."

"I didn't know you hated history so much, Opi," she laughed.

"It's just so tedious and difficult. I can't wrap my head around all the dates and names of rulers."

"I totally disagree. I love learning about all the dark secrets of Divinia long ago and the old wars."

"You're crazy."

"If you say so," May rolled her eyes, looking at the ceiling whilst lying on her back. "Anyway, what clubs are you joining?"

"I was thinking of joining the archery club too, but I don't think I'd be any good. With my luck, I'd end up shooting someone in the eye."

"If you want to give it a try, you should do it! It'll be fun to be in the same club together."

"I suppose. But if I do terribly I'm quitting, alright?"

"I won't let you quit, but sure," she joked.

Ophelia began filling in the club form, nervous about the club.

"Don't sweat it Opi, it'll be great!"

"You're right, I'm gonna try to enjoy it!"

"I hate this, please let me leave."

"Opi, we haven't even started."

"But she's here!" she whispered loudly.

"Who?"

"Cassie!" she said under her breath, pointing violently to where the familiar red-head was standing.

"So what? We're just in the same club. If she tries bothering you, I'll talk to her."

"But-"

"C'mon Ophelia, don't let Cassie stop you from having fun."

"...fine," she grumbled.

"That's the spirit!"

Unfortunately, Cassie seemed to have finally noticed them, and her scowl revealed that she was obviously not happy to see Ophelia.

"What are you doing here?"

"We go to this club, obviously," May said, crossing her arms.

"Are you following me?" Cassie asked, ignoring May.

"Why would I be following you?"

"Just stop with this act already. We both know what you're trying to achieve here. So stop following me around already, you look like a sad puppy that no one loves looking for attention. If you even try to repeat what happened last time, my parents won't forgive you or your family."

"Wh-"

"Okay listen here, Freckles. I don't care who this Charlotte person is, but Ophelia isn't her. Now if you'll excuse us, we're trying to enjoy our time at the archery club."
