Vampire's Sanity

Jungkook woke up as soon as he heard the front door closing, sprang from his bed and dashed down the stairs to meet Namjoon.

Although all vampires didn't have the privilege to sleep , Jungkook could sleep.

He was among the rare vampires who were not fully dead, that's what made him powerful, that's why all species of creatures, even the most powerful ones feared him and only him.

That's the only reason why his dad chose his youngest son as the successor, not the eldest.

That is what Jungkook has hated all his initial years as a ruler.

But after a few years, he was happy that he can sleep, unlike his brothers, who had nothing to relieve stress.

"What's the problem ? Why did Somyeon call you so urgently?" Namjoon questioned as soon as he sat down.

"They have found another missing case, same trail as the previous one. Exactly same hour of the night." Jungkook said worried. "What have you found so far in your search?" He questioned.

"Previous case was definitely done by one or more of the rogues. We didn't find any matching claw or bite print." Namjoon answered.

"Are you sure it's not Mark's work. What if he is the one behind these cases." Jungkook said in anger.

"We are not sure who's behind these rogues but it's definitely the rogues." Namjoon confirmed.

" I am so worried, what if humans found out that it was  vampires who were behind these cases. Then it's possibly our end."

Jungkook's mind travelled back to centuries ago when he was born and something like this happened, he lost his mother in the fight and now he hopes no one gets hurt.
Jungkook mind often  gets blacked out by those horrifying images.

"It won't happen Jungkook  again, just calm down we will find them." Namjoon tried to relax him. 

"Should I call your brother , I think he might help you calm down. Let's talk about this again when you come from Jaehaan's house."  Namjoon suggested , holding on to the necklace that connects the entire family, repeating Seokjin's name, asking him to come over.

" I am fine no need to call him. I don't want to waste his time." Jungkook straightened himself on the sofa.

"Don't you dare to ever think that you are a waste of time for us. You are our most precious brother, we will always be there for you." Namjoon said sternly. "Do you understand what I am saying?" He asked.

"Yes sir, I most certainly understood what you meant." Jungkook buried his head in the cushion.

Namjoon left, shaking his head.

Jungkook drifted off in his sleep, having dream of the most beautiful male he has ever met. 

Emersed in his beauty, he didn't notice the front door open and close, and someone enter, until he heard a voice.

" A vampire shouldn't be this careless, and if you're a king , you should not be sleeping like that." 
Seokjin taunted.

Hearing his voice, Jungkook woke up and sat down.
"I am so sorry hyung , I won't do it again. "

Seokjin lifted Jungkook's face up, a smile brightening his face.

"After all these years of taking care of you , you give me this fear of yours in return. How should I tell you that I will always be proud of you? There is no way that anyone in our families or even outside  doubt your  capabilities to rule our world." Seokjin sat down and hugged him.

"Tell me what's wrong, don't you trust me, do you want me become upset ." Seokjin pouted .

" Nothing major but it may become a issue of concern , if we don't find whose behind those kidnappings." Jungkook covered his face with his hands.

"Namjoon will find them soon , he's the best we got." Seokjin patted Jungkook shoulders.
" Don't worry tell me something about your love life."  He raised his eyebrows.

"I don't do relationships you know that." Jungkook said shaking his head.

"What's so wrong it's been ages since that accident, are you trying to live your life alone."  Seokjin asserted.

The same guy with handsome features came to his mind. But he can't hurt someone else, for his selfish needs.

"There is someone on your mind I can see through you , tell me who is this lucky person." Seokjin wiggled his eyes.

"There is no one on my mind."  Jungkook tried to lie but he can never lie like others.

"Okay then I am leaving, I won't come again." Seokjin got up huffing but a hand held him tightly.

"Hyung I am so afraid, closeness to him causes ripples in my storm. He is such a beauty, he loves everything I like." Jungkook said burying his face in his brother's chest.

Seokjin chuckled, embracing him in his arms .
"Look at you, I just asked who he was, seems like our brother's heart has been stolen. " He laughed again. " Is he more handsome than me. When can I meet him?" He added

"I haven't talked to him yet, how can you meet him. He is not a vampire, he is a human." Jungkook sighed

"I knew that, you can never fall for a vampire." Seokjin smiled.

"True." Jungkook smiled.
