ch 5. entrance exam

(Just if you get confused if I put 'ghouls' I'm just referring to people with the quirk 'ghoul'.)

Izuku's POV:
I open my eyes and see a white ceiling, I sit up only to be meet with nothing but white 'where am i?' I thought "glad to see you again Izuku~" said a feminine voice behind me. My eyes widened when when heard her... Rize. I quickly turn around to see Rize "where am I? And what are you doing here?!" I asked her "woah, calm down there Izuku, we are in your mind scape meaning you're still alsleep." She answered my first question "as for your other question, I'm here to tell you more stuff about your/my quirk that could help you for today at the exam." She replied "okay but why help me?" I asked, when I asked she just shrugged "I don't know, for fun I guess." She answered before continuing "anyways, just to let you know I was not the only one with the quirk ghoul." "What do you mean?" I asked "well there's a few others with the same quirk, their just not common to come across, but they all have different kagune's, mine and yours are Rinkaku." I nod and let her continue "even if 'ghouls' have the same type of kagune their shape differently based on the creatively and intellect of the user, and the size is based on the Rc cells' quality and quantity. Every kagune types have different abilities and releases on different parts of the back, for example a koukaku kagune is released below the shoulder blade. Due to the high density of the Rc cells koukaku kagune's are heavy and extremely robust, giving it the greatest sturdiness and making them very well suited for defense. They are normally shaped into armor or shields, but on offense they can be shaped in mele weapons such as drills, hammers, blades, and swords. Due to it being heavy, a koukaku's speed is inferior to other kagune's and making koukaku's difficult to wield. While on the other hand a ukaku is released from the shoulder area and is light weight giving the user an easier time at wielding the kagune, ukaku's are shaped like wings, ukaku's user's have a high chance of ending a battle quickly as releasing Rc cells depletes stamina. Thus making them lack endurance and making them at disadvantage if the battle drags for long time." Rize said "and as for our type Rinkaku has an appearance similar to scaled tentacles and is released at the back around the waist. A rinkaku wielder has powerful regenerative abilities and some could even survive the most critical of damage. Its peculiar appearance and structure yields superior striking power and they excel in brute strength. Some rinkaku users are able to manipulate the shape of their kagune, such as changing its usual tentacle form into swords or claws. This type's regenerative power is a result of the Rc cells easily binding together. Their Rc cells are similar to liquid. However, this means that the binding force among the Rc cells are weak, therefore making the kagune very soft and easy to break. But because their Rc cells bind so easily, some rinkaku can bind their multiple tentacle-like kagune together to make a larger, stronger kagune. So far the number of tentacles that rinkaku users can create are from one to eight tentacles." She explained I nodded and asked something "so 'ghouls' can regenerate lost limbs correct?" "Yep! For a matter in fact we can get stabbed right in the stomach with a knife, and we'll be completely fine because they won't be able to penetrate us." She said "then how can we die?" I asked "from decapitation, complete destruction of the head, and if we eat human food it'll will weaken our system making man-made objects able to kill us (such as guns, knifes, swords.) And that's about it I think." Rize said the last part while putting her finger on chin "so those are all the ways 'ghouls' can die?" I said in a questioning tone "umm, I'm pretty sure, anyways it's easier to activate your kagune when you eat right before you activate it, the only way you where able to force it out was because you ate an arm earlier that afternoon, but that's all i needed tell you." (She's referring to the day him and Momo got attacked.) She said before I woke up. When I woke up I got up to get ready for the entrance exams.

Meanwhile with Rize:
"I know there was another way to kill a ghoul but I can't remember" Rize said struggling to remember "oh I remember now, brain washing, it was brain washing, well it to late to him. This is surely going to get interesting, te he."

(Back with izuku.)

Izuku's POV:
After I was done doing my morning routine, but before I went out the door I ate a arm or two so it'll be easier for me to activate my kagune.

Once I finally got to U.A I went inside and sat down waiting for Present Mic to start the explaining the exam. After about 2 minutes he started explaining how the point system will work and how much, as he was about to explain the fourth robot a boy with blue hair and glasses stood up and interrupted "excuse me sir, on the pamphlets it has four robots but you only explained three if this is some sort of mistake then I am highly disappointed at U.A." after he said that something in me kinda snap, like how I suddenly had the balls to talk back to Bakugou "maybe you would understand if you let him finish instead of stand up and interrupted, next time politely raise your hand and wait for him to call on you, you know like how they taught us in kindergarten. Oh and another thing everybody makes mistakes, so don't go around excepting everything and everyone to be perfect." I said before sitting back down calmly but once again I was mentally freaking out 'it happened again like last time, it's like something making say that.' he looks at me surprised then sat back down before explaining that the fourth robot is just a obstacle.

When we finally arrived to our assigned fake city I got ready to activate my kagune "GO!!!" We all hear Mic yelled I stared running forcing my kagune out. Once I finally activated my kagune I started cutting the heads off the robots left and right while the others people stand at the entrance "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR THERE'S NO COUNT DOWN IN REAL LIFE! SO GO!!" Mic yelled as they started running into the city. By the time they got in I had 40 points, it was easier than I thought since kagune cut through the robot's smoothly. After 5 minutes I had 80 points 'I'm pretty sure 80 points are eno-' my thoughts were interrupted by the ground shaking.

(Meanwhile in the security room.)

No one's POV:
"We have a good group this year." Said a woman in inappropriate clothing "indeed especially this one." Said a bear, mouse thing while pointing to a certain green haired ghoul, "but let's see what they'll do when we let out the big boy HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA." Then bear, mouse said while laughing like a maniac.

(Back with Izuku.)

Izuku's POV:
I look to see people running away from something. Then I see it... the zero pointer, I was about to run until I I hear a someone yell help so I turn around to see a girl with brown hair stuck under some robot parts. I start running towards the zero pointer with my kagune ready, I start climbing the robot with my kagune making sure to damage the robot by leaving deep stab wounds in the fatal spots. Once I made it to the head of the zero pointer I start stabbing it like crazy, after one final stab the zero pointer started falling down I just jump to the nearest building then start climbing down with my kagune.

Once I got down I realized that my eye patch was gone so I quickly cover my eye with my hand. I start making my way to the hurt girl to help her up "ar-are you al-alright?" I ask "yeah but I can't walk since my ankle is broken." She responded "o-okay just wait Recovery girl should arrive." I said while retracting my kagune. After Recovery girl healed the girl I left to go home and to sleep since I wasted all my stamina on the zero pointer.
