"Long, Long ago... Even before gods descended to this world, the ultimate evil fought against humanity.. Monsters."
As a young monster girl ran from the adventurers that were hunting her down, she cried as she desperately tried to avoid them, but soon she eventually tripped, weak and exhausted she tried to get back up as she heard a loud screech as a sudden flame blast erupted in the forest.
"Humans cannot forgive them. Even gods cannot save them."
As two dark figures emerged from the blast of flames our two figures were suddenly visible, revealing bell cranel who was wearing his signature white armor and (Y/n) (L/n) who wore all black and a mask that covered half his face. Both adventurers were wearing some salamander wool. As the monster girl looked at the boys shocked they in turn looked just as shocked.
(Y/n):" A vouivre.."
"Humans and monsters will never live in harmony."
The two just looked at the vouivre confused, (Y/n) getting ready to strike but before he could go through with it, he noticed the tears that were dripping down the monsters face.
Bell:" A monster... crying?"
The screech that was heard a while ago was back and louder, as bell and (Y/n) turned back around to see the fire bird and it was charging up another attack and this time it was aimed at the vouivre. Bell got in front but (Y/n) took the hit for them both, he deflected the blast with ease and in a blink of an eye he killed the fire bird.
(Y/n):"Damn.. what am I doing." He soon heard other adventurers looking for the girl and and he gestured to bell and he knew what to do " Covering for a monster, this is a whole lot of bs."
The adventurers made their way to bell and (Y/n) they saw the two and asked them the question.
Adventurer:" You two have you seen a vouivre around here?"
(Y/n):" More importantly you got a potion? I got someone in my party who got injured, our party's healer is with the others so if it's not much of a bother." (Y/n) turned around as he pulled his mask down and soon the adventurers looked at him shocked.
Adventurer 2:" It's the Headstrong king! H-here have these." The man handed him the potions but glanced at the figure that was covered in salamander wool but soon dismissed it
(Y/n):" Appreciated, and sorry I haven't seen any vouivre around, maybe it ventured deeper that way " The man nodded and soon the adventurers left nodding in (Y/n)'s direction as he nodded back in response.
Everyone left and left (Y/n) and bell with the monster, (Y/n) handed bell the potion as he had a conflicted expression as bell tended to the vouivre's wounds. At first the vouivre was hesitant but slowly eased in due to bell's kind nature.
Bell helped the girl up as they heard everyone else calling out to them both.
(Y/n):" Everyone." they all met up halfway. "Good to see everyone."
Emma:" Yeah, we got worried when you and bell ran off."
Welf:" We all weren't that worried since you both handle yourselves well but don't go running off."
Lili:" Yes venturing in the nineteenth floor is still dangerous bell."
Haruhime:" Umm, (Y/n).. bell.. who is that person?"
