Chapter 28: Stabbed for No Reason

They get into a private lab of Damon's Mansion in the second floor where physicians and researchers are working and she told the head researcher to get it done as soon as possible. The man said it will take 2 hours and so they wait in the living room of the mansion.

They were in awe and asked Chelsea why would she run away she when she have a life of luxury in there.

Sam, Felix and the girl is present since the other two cannot come due to "minor accident" they have. Chris got shot AGAIN while Sky sprained his right ankle.

After exactly two hours the man came back with a brown envelope.

She looked at it first.

She sighed and look at Felix blankly.

"Do you have anything to say to me? Or Felix?"

Milan gulped and look at them all.

"I don't think so." She answered.

"Well, explain how you got pregnant."

Sam seems not liking the tension building up and make his way in between them.

"Chels don't be like this."

"Don't worry, I'm calm." She said patting his shoulder.

"Who is the father? Felix?" She asked again.

She did not respond.

She put the papers on her face and it says negative. Felix sighed and thank God he was not a father of that child but cannot show his gratitude since Chelsea hold Milan's wrist pulling her into a car.

He others come and entered the car too.

She come out and yelled I'll be back to some kind of girl and she waved back. They must be friends Sam thought.

"Where we going?" Felix who is driving asked.

"Home. Chris's" she answered.

"Explain to be since you still have tongue to speak, Milan." Chelsea said making her flinched.

"I'm sorry."

She finally said anything.

"For what?" Chelsea asked, she felt one of her knife on her boot was missing and looked at her.

"Shit!"

Milan stabbed her in the lower stomach. Since she's pregnant and respecting it they don't hit her or whatever.

Chelsea still have consciousness and told then to go back to the mansion.

The cops will come at her after know long her identity and their house has a private hospital inside so it's convenient.

"What happened??!" A girl in maid uniform panicked as soon she saw a knife on Chelsea.

"I got stabbed obviously, take me to the second floor, the third room after 2 turns."

She said. It was her room Felix assumed since it smells like her.

"Georgia, can you please don't let Milan go away, I'll deal with her later." She said and suddenly lost consciousness after she answered okay and she will.

A couple of doctors came and started stitching her wound then putting disinfectant on it, lastly dressing it.

They left after staying she will be okay when she wake up, they nodded and get inside seeing a sleeping Chelsea.

"Who stabbed my little Damon?!" An intimidating guy appeared and see Chelsea if she's okay.

"Don't worry my little Damon. Dad is here. I'm not going to let it slide this time again."

Sam and Felix gulped, seeing the strongest mafia in the world like this is really not good in a feeling.

They can't breath comfortably.

"Who did it?" He asked again.

"Umm"

"You see"

"Don't bother answering that, I will." Chelsea woke up.

The doctors said that anesthesia is good for one day or two but she woke up like nothing happened within an hour. Wow!

"Dad, I'll do it. I'll deal with this one. Trust me." she said.

"It was you who got stabbed but it was my blood who got spilled. I won't let it slide."

She looked at him pulled him in a hug. Maybe the plan taking her down will be cancelled after all. She will not do it anymore.

"I was the one she stabbed. I can't do anything since she's pregnant so I'll do it after she made sure the child is alive leaving her womb." She explained.

"She stabbed you, i don't care a thing about it."

"Well dad I do."

They now are arguing. The boys decided to go out since it feels like seeing two dragons on a war.

"Okay. OKAY FINE." He sighed. " I'll let you, but please be careful."

"I will. And dad the two boys recently they were my friends don't kill them. Okay?"

She read his dad thoughts and say it in advance.

"Okay." He said and gestured her to go to sleep.

"Okay, bye." She answered.

The two probably hear it since the door has a small crack. The two looked at each other and bowed after seeing Mr. Damon walked in their way.

"HEY! ARE YOU BEING SERIOUS ABOUT KILLING? WHAT THE HELL!!" Sam came whining while Felix made  sure the door was closed.

"Yeah, anyone steps in hear without notice get killed after a couple of hours."

They gasped.

"Then, Milan?"

"She's with Georgia and I already made are dad knew about her and I said I'll deal with her later so she's safe."

They nodded.

"You really did change." Felix said.

"It's just me lix. Chelsea that you all know." She answered and they told her to rest.

"Goodnight Chelsea." They patted her head and sat in her both sides. Felix on the right and Sam on the left.
