Backstory? - He was ridiculed growing up as a lot of his scales are dark and almost black in some areas, most would mistake him for a nightwing in the Summer Palace. Even though he hardly looks like one. It didn't help that his mother was in jail on 4 accounts of murder and conspiring against the crown. No one trusted him enough to be his friend.
Angler slowly grew to resent most of the seawing tribe. He went exploring the ocean further from the deep palace and found a lot of interconnected caves big enough to house a community of dragons.
He now lives there along with other bullied, shunned and unwanted dragons. Refugees, dragons on the run and just about anyone can live there as long as they keep it secret.
Some Mudwings even live here in relatively large caves with air in them. His friend Gator lives in one of these caves. Boulder used to live here before moving to possibility.
Occupation? - Community leader?
