Description? -Since he is blind his scales are automatically that of a nightwing, until you startle him or he is feeling emotional then his scales automatically go to that of whatever the Rainwing colour for that emotion is. He has the ruff behind his ears, can shoot venom but he has no fire. Can read minds and is sometimes able to see when someone thinks of an image.

Backstory? -Justice truly is blind in this case. Born blind, Justice is the second egg born of a Nightwing and Rainwing (the first was Glory and Deathbringers daughter).
Growing up he had other dragons help him, especially Tamarin, being the first blind Rainwing in the tribe, he has 3 scars from trying to fly in darkness.
At 6 He started learning how to help in court. Now at the age of 14 Justice is the Judge at the court helping solve fights/arguments and punishing the guilty.
Occupation? -Judge
Other? -He was born under one full moon. -since he's blind his other senses are a bit stronger. (No I'm not meaning this as a power, blind people can usually hear better than you)
