[A/N: This was actually a one line starter prompt that my sister was assigned to and I thought perhaps I could make something out of this as well! "Someday" which is added above is such a great song and a song I tumbled upon during these uncertain times. I hope y'all enjoyed this little excerpt and do take care! Stay Strong]

...

I was walking down the evergreen mountains where I saw something strange but ethereal. Strange was probably an understatement for this peculiar presence that stood afar, seemingly mesmerized by the broad daylight and the verdant landscapes that stretched endlessly. Majestic.

At first, I had thought that my eyes had played tricks on me again. People would not have taken my claims seriously but they never even bothered with what i do or say, after all I am Xenos-the boy with the vision or so they called it.

Every streets I turned, they stood staring, with eyes that gleam with accusations and gossiping. Uneasiness trailed behind with every step I took. Had my presence made them uneasy or was it them that made me uneasy?

However, at that very moment, standing next to yet another peculiar being, I felt a wave of tranquil and silence - one which calms the nerves like a cool aid on your skin. It wasn't quite peace, no it was just quiet. Utter silence. I liked it.

As if a strong force of energy was pouring out of it, the surrounding of this creature was glowing leisurely. My finger tips tingled, urging my hands to reach out to grasp the aura and perceive it. Approaching closer, eyes followed the curves of the massive creature that I stood shoulder to shoulder with.  I had thought how strange, how peculiar but what shook the core of my body was the feeling of familiarity.

Grand antlers branched from its head like a crown fitted on a king. The neck so slender, coated with chestnut brown silky fur was attached to a huge build which also was supported by four thin but tough legs. His hooves were large, bigger than those of most deer I've seen. What intrigued me was the indefinite outline he had, leaving his body wavering in air.

He was luminescent, and no words could measure how sublimely he brings himself. I followed the direction of its snout that was lifted with pride over and beyond the line that separated the sky and the sea. The brown color in his eyes shimmered with life. I found myself drawn to the way light reflected and paced around the circumference of his rounded brown eyes. Unforgettable. Time was stilled or had I not notice it had my passed by?

Of course. I remembered now. That familiarity. In fact, it was much closer than I imagined. It shouldn't have come as a surprise at all for I was born with one of this magnificent creature on the side of my forehead.
