On November 18 2015 Billie's dance teacher set her a task to make a music video with her in it singing so she made the music with her brother and the song was also from her brother it was for his band he later asked Billie to sing the song and that is when her brother realised her talent. After they finished recording it they uploaded it to SoundCloud to let her teacher listen to it but instead overnight Billie's song got thousands of views and downloads which caught the record industry which she signed with her brother for (Darkroom).
On March 24, 2016 she uploaded the music video. When she woke up the next morning, she found out that her ocean eyes video had 9 million views over night !! and that is when she carried on making music.
