Everthing Changes

Chapter 7

I take a deep breath and walk inside the house. I look around seeing where she is but there was no sign of her here.

"Maybe she went to bed?..." I think to myself.

I walk upstairs and go to her room, I peek inside her room but she isn't their either. Where is she?

"Mom are you here?" I shout. Nothing.

I go to the kitchen to get some food sense my stomach won't shut up. When I get to the kitchen I see my mother passed out on the floor. Great.

"Mom get up this is the third time you have done this," I said. She didn't move. I look at her, well she is breathing...

I sigh. Picking her up I drag her upstairs to her room and on her bed.
I go to my room a flop on my bed.

"Raven? Are you home?" My mom asked knocking on my door.

"Yeah I'm right here," I say getting up and opening the door. I'm a little bit taller then my mom so I sorta have to look down at her but not too much.
(Yes she is taller then her mother only by 2-3 inches).

"Ok, I was just wondering... Anyways I'm going to be way for 5 months," She said.

"5 months?! Are you serious! Why do you always have to be gone for so long? Well actually why is THIS one so long?!" I shout frustrated.

"I'm sorry but you know I have to work and yes 5 months is longer than usual but you'll be fine," She said like its no big deal.

I can't believe this!!! She is leaving me here ALONE for 5 freaking months?! Some mother she is...

"Ok? So I will be leaving tomorrow morning at 5:00am," She says.
5:00am in the morning!

"Yeah ok whatever, have fun on your stupid trip," I say walking downstairs. I needed to leave so I just walked out of the house and walked to who knows where. And do I care? Nope!
