"You can have 2-4 people on your teams. One teammate must be a rider while the others carry them around. Your objective is to steal the other team's headbands that each has a point value. 42nd place has 5 points, 41st place has 10, and so on. 1st place has...10 MILLION!" Midnight yelled.

I could feel everyone glaring daggers at Midoriya. "That's right, those at the bottom can overthrow the top! You have 10 minutes to choose your team. When the timer goes off, you will have 15 minutes to get as many points as possible. You cannot knock off the other team's rider off their horses and if you fall off, you're out." she explained.

I saw a clock pop onto the screen, "START!" she screamed.

This was a race against time to get the best team possible. I immediately went for Todoroki but saw he had just completed his team of Yaomomo, Kaminari, and Iida. I felt a little offended that he didn't choose me but then I realized we both agreed to give it our all and prove our fathers wrong.

Flashback to 2 weeks ago:

"Let's take a break, we've been kicking each other's guts for at least an hour," I panted, sitting on the stairs.

He nodded back and sat down next to me. I glanced at him and saw him look up at something with hate-filled eyes.

"Why have you stopped training?" asked a familiar husky voice.

Todoroki was about to speak but I stopped him, "Because it's not your fight, it's ours. And we would prefer to not pass out preparing for it. So if you'll kindly fuck off, we were taking a break." I snarled.

Endeavor glared at me as his flames got brighter. He tsked at my words and left. I looked over at Todoroki and saw him looking at me like a deer in headlights.

"What?" I questioned.

"Thanks," he whispered, looking down at the ground.

"Hey, he can't control you. How about this? Let's make a deal." I began, he looked up and nodded. " We must both give it our all during the Sports Festival and not hold back. When fighting the others, I don't care, but if we fight, we mustn't hold back to prove to our fathers that we don't need their status to push us forward and that the abuse they put us through won't affect us." I said standing up dramatically like the main character in a tv show.

I quickly made a small 2-inch knife and slid it on my arm, letting the blood drip onto a leaf I had picked up, and handed him the same knife. "A blood bond, cut your arm and drip your blood onto this leaf," I said.

He complied and followed my instructions. Once his blood was on the leaf, he handed it back to me. I activated my quirk and made our combined blood harden around the leaf, then shattered it. We watched it as the tiny pieces flew into the wind.

We looked at each other, "No going back?" he asked.

I nodded, "No going back."

End of flashback: (A/N longer than I wanted it but oh well)

I looked around and saw most people had already chosen their teams. The clock read 2 minutes and I still didn't have a team.
