"Alright, everyone get in their groups!" Bryn walked over to me and gave me a little smile "Talk to him!" she half whispered. Well, now I'm gunna have to...

"Hi I'm Alex"

My heart started racing. I turned around and smiled at him.

"Hey Alex, I'm Bryn, this is my friend, Demi" I gave him another weak smile "um, Hi...Alex"

He smiled showing his perfectly straight teeth.

Did he forget? Did Bryn really had to remind him what my name was?

Ms. Stacey handed us our scripts, which Bryn took and read over. "Ok so there are three characters, best friends." She handed both of us our scripts. I looked through the lines.

"Um do I have to be the main character?"

"Well you and Alex"

"Why" I mouthed to her

"Ok let's start practicing"

Great! This is going to be just great. Behind Alex was Amber's group. She was giving me death glare as a warning. That's kind of pathetic, does she really thing i would mess with her boyfriend? He probably doesn't even remember me. That makes me feel so awesome!more like shit.

I mean, we had been friends since first grade, but then middle school happened and I guess he went with the wrong croud. I started developing feelings for him when we were in freshman year when puberty hit him over the summer. But I haven't spoken to him since 6th grade. I guess he's forgotten, about us.

Lunch didn't go as good as I was hoping. Amber and her little group came over and gave me a little warning saying, and I quote her exact words, "stay away from my boyfriend or I will make your life, a living hell"

Well my life would have to be good in able to do that.

For lunch I ate a sandwich and some water, which I purged later on, this day couldnt get any worse could it? Well wrong. Amber made things so awkward, hugging and kissing him in front if me.

After finishing up my homework, which, I couldn't care less about, I told my mom I was going to Bryn's for dinner. I walked over to her her house, good thing it hadn't gotten too dark outside.
