Saturday has finally arrived, miamao and aerum were getting ready to go shopping for snacks and food. rae was cleaning around the house for the guests that would arrive later on.

"alright, we're heading out now, see ya later rae" said aerum as she walked to the door and opening it

"we'll be back in a few" said miamao as she joined aerum outside and closed the door,
they both walked to the car and unfortunately for them it was a sunny day, it was like an oven and they were being baked alive.
"jeez, we shoulda parked the car in the garage, it blazing hot in here" said miamao

"yuh, that's what i keep telling you guys but y'all don't listen to me" she complained

they turned on the A/C and started the car. as they drove to the supermarket the car got thankfully colder.

"uh- aerum"

"yea? what?" responded aerum

"have you noticed anything...off about rae lately?" she asked while keeping her eyes on the road

"well- not really, or maybe i just haven't noticed anything, why?" responded aerum

"o-oh really? well i guess im just overthinking things, i mean he's always been weird, in a good way tho-" she said in a low tone

"i just feel like something is maybe bothering him? he's not one to really open up a lot so.."

they finally arrived at the supermarket, miamao parked the car and took out the key

"welp, i'll keep an eye out. maybe we should ask him about it." said aerum as she unbuckled her belt "but it's probably nothing"

they both stepped out of the car, locking it and going to buy what they need

>few minutes later<

aerum and miamao stepped out of the cold supermarket and walked to the car, they got in and started driving back home

>back home<

"HEYY WE'RE HOMEEE" yelled aerum
"tch, didn't even scream bAck" she said sarcastically
miamao and aerum walked to the kitchen and set the bags of groceries- mostly snacks down

"welp" said aerum while looking at miamao "im not organizing this, see yah"

"YOU- we bought this ToGeTher so we ORGANIZE-"

ding ding ding

miamao was cut off by the sound of the doorbell being rung

"i'll go get it"
aerum walked to the door and opened it to see, the 4 people that miamao invited.
"oh hey there, come in" she said as she invited them inside

"hey there, we're all finally here, sorry we took a bit longer than expected" said a tall male with a warm smile

"ohh no worries, it's all good, y'all can set your bags on the couch over there" aerum said as she pointed to the couch

"OHHH HEY GUYSS"
miamao said while running towards them "how are you all?"

"oh we're good, how bout you luvv?" said the bubbly girl

"we're goodd, but you guys should get comfy"
said miamao
"our casa is your casa"
added aerum while doing the fingerguns

"ayee, well, where's rae at?" asked kai

"oh- i actually don't know, maybe he's in his room" said miamao

"i'll go get him" said aerum as she walked over to rae's room

she opened the door to a cold and dark room "rae? you in here?" aerum looked around the room to find the light switch, she turned around and flipped the switch

step step step

aerum turned around as quick as ever and saw rae standing right in front of her, she shrieked and backed away "rae? uh...your friends are here"
rae didn't move a single limb and stood there with a blank expression on his face
"rae? cmon now stop tryna scare me"
suddenly the light started flickering

drip drip drip

"wh-"

aerum saw blood dripping from the ceiling, that familiar stare again. but what was happening? the lights were still flickering

thud

aerum fell to the ground, she looked up as step step step rae got closer, his eyes turning white
"r-rae-"
blood was flowing from under his bed

he got closer and closer

flick

"m-mom, dad.." whispered aerum faintly
the lights turned off
aerum could faintly see rae's face getting closer from the darkness, the white eyes, the bloody grin...

"n-not again.."
aerum closed her eyes until

"AERUM"

"wha-" aerum slowly opened her eyes and looked around

everything is back to normal?

"aerum for god's sake ARE YOU OK?"
said rae while resting his hands on aerum's shoulders

"huh? what? oh- uhm...yea, im...ok?, just got lightheaded" responded aerum while putting her hands on her face

"right...well, we should go to the others now" said rae as he slowly got up and gave aerum a hand
aerum took his hand and stood up
"cmon, let's go"
