4 (Tsuyu Asui)

Tsuyu is just messing around with her quirk, hopping from building to building, having fun. Until she sticks her tongue out and it acts like it has a mind of its own, and wraps itself around her neck. She attempted to retract her tongue, but it's no use. The slime caused her to slip and fall off the building she stood on. The tongue forced itself around a pipe, in an attempt to hang Tsuyu, but is too slippery, resulting in Tsuyu Asui falling to her death.
