The Gray Man

PG. 1

INTRO

Lakota got up for a drink. It was around, I would say, midnight. She turned on the kitchen light. She stood.....paralyzed....as a gray face turned to see her once tan face. Her face seemed as if it were drained of blood. She quickly turned the light off and back on. It was no longer there. In her thoughts she was screaming,"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!?!?!?". She made the mistake of turning around, and she saw the gray face once again. She knew not to yell, for she may,not only, awaken her parents, but put them in danger. She went around the figure slowly, and when she was behind it, she ran to her room. The mysterious person ssslllloooowwwwlllyy followed. Squeak, the floorboards went. She ran to her closet, but tripped.....over the corpses of her parents!!!! She realized she was now allowed to scream but she was a tad bit busy hyperventilating. *Breath in, breath out with fear* you would here from the hallway. She then caught herself in a corner..not being able to move forword. Around her long, skinny arms, were black vines keeping her in one place. Lakota looked forword...seeing the gray man. His jaw extended. Then the lights went out for her....FOR ETERNITY.

CHAPTER 1

"Do we have to visit Aunt Kandence?" complained Symphony."I wanted to spend my summer with my friends in AMERICA, not London,".

Symphony was on the plane to London with her mother beside her.

"You've never BEEN to London."replied her mother.

"EXACTLY!! Why should I go to somewhere I DON'T have friends!!"

"So you can make new ones."

The rest of their trip was taken in silence. A couple of hours, they finally made it.

"Where is she? She said she'll meet us here."

Her mother grabs Symphony's hand and asks a stranger," Excuse me, do you know where Kandence Evision is?"

"Oh, you apparently hadn't been here when it happened. Poor dear. She was visited by the gray man. She and her husband were killed and her young daughter Lakota was too." replied the stranger.

"SO WE CAME HERE FOR NOTHING!!!! yelled Symphony.

CHAPTER 2

"SO WE NEVER HAD TO COME HERE!!!!" she yelled.

Everyone seemed to stare as if in a trance. Her mother grabbed her and they had taken a cab to their hotel. Symphony was told to go to the local park 'cause she had an errand to do. She sat on a bench.

"Why must I be here?" complained Symphony," I just want to use my phone."

As she was sitting minding her own business, angry that she didn't have her phone,a girl with blonde hair and and brown and pink curls asks her if she can sit with her.

"Sure, why not?" replied Symphony

"Thanks, my mom is the school coach, but since it's summer she wants me to stay fit. I just ran 10 miles around the park." explained the girl.

Symphony looks around at the fog. "It's SUMMER?"

"Ha ha, my name is Nyla. Welcome to London." said Nyla.
