Haru left the department?!?!?

Edit: Screw this I realized this book is actually a one...
I arrived at Hokkaido in a short amount of time. The flight only took about 1 and a half hour. Which surprisingly fast than taking the bullet train.
I arrived at the new building. It was surprisingly big. And far more modern and advanced than Tokyo.
Shouldn't be ours be more advanced. But thats not the point well you see. The building is big at the same time modern with high tech automatic doors. And the look of the interior is very formal and industrial.
Moving on I entered the said building. And what meets me is the front desk. And lady asked me my purpose.
I replied "Ahh I'm actually Haru Kato from Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. I was asked to move here due to lack of detectives here! It's nice to meet yo-" before I could even finish my words.
She immediately said "Im sorry for the rude attitude! Good morning Mr. High ranked Kato! The Higher-ups are honoured to see you today! They would like to have a meeting with you right now! They were waiting for your arrival! Please proceed to floor 7 and towards to the conference room! We are honoured and glad to have you here!".
Well that was a suprise. "No need to be formal! Just call me Haru and it's nice to be here! Thank you goodbye!" I said and went my way towards to the elevator.
The elevator here seems brand new and very advanced. Behind me is a glass wall showing the view of the city. It's so beautiful here I wonder what would my new apartment would look like.
And the door bing belled *bong* "7th floor welcome Mr. Haru Kato" the elevator said. "Why thank you- WAIT DID IT JUST SAID MY NAME?!?!?!" I freaked out. How did it know my name?!?!
No doubt this city is very advanced....
And I just sighed and breathe out for a moment. I walked through the hallway. The windows are really clean here and really show the light of the sun.
And finally I arrived at the conference meeting. And I knocked on the door.
And what met me was a bunch of random people I don't know...

WHO YOU? is all that could be seen on me. And they all looked back at me. And their expressions suddenly changed.
"Uhh hi!" I said. They all looked umm happy. They all greeted me formally. This is ummm.... Something new!
After the conference
(I didn't write the conference since its mainly just about asking Haru how he feels and was gave a high position)
So the press conference was nothing new. But what's new is that they gave me a position. It was Commissioner General the highest rank in the Department. I don't know the hell why I was given a high rank...
