Chapter 2: Saved

Everyone was seeming off. In their own little independant group. No one was in a good mood today, not even grassy. Others tried to fake happiness, and others departed themselves from everyone else. Most had.. Unfortunate events that happened recently. That gave the spirits fuel to spread negativity. Whispering here and there. Being the voice in their head. The show stayed like this for 1 week until Two arrived. "Hi every...body-" No one was smiling. "Something happened?" Two was confused. "This isn't the best time to come ya know." Snowball said in the back. "Ah, things happened here haven't they." He said in his british accent.

"Well! I probably have a solution. Loser and me know how to... Cope with negative feelings." Two smiled and brought Loser at his side.

Once Loser nodded almost everyone went by Two and Losers side. The ones who didn't go along with them were:

Leafy, Golf Ball, Needle, Rocky, Basket ball, Fries, Donut, Lollipop, Gelatin, Tree, Robot Flower, and Balloony.

"Come on Needle, we're sure Two can help with your... problems!" Cake said. Needle looked away but then back and nodded. She was by Losers side now. "Anybody else?" Two said. He waited for a reply but didn't get one. "Ah, such a shame. This is good. I'm glad to be here!" Two looked at all of the contestants. Far away, four was watching. Tears pouring down his face. Leafy spotted him then he disappeared into the shadows of a forest. That was the last time someone saw him.

Days went by as everyone who had decided to trust two feeling more relieved and relaxed than usual. Others were... adjusting to the new daily routine. They just weren't ready to confide in others yet. But, eventually almost everyone was ready to talk to someone. Now only Leafy, Basketball, Tree, Robot Flower, Golfball, and Lollipop were left. That's how it would stay for a while now.

A month later:

"Uh, Tree. Two wants to see you." X visited Trees house. It was 5 in the morning so Tree was obviously tired and woke up. "Fine." He had eyebags after working on a project. Rubbing his eyes he headed out to the forest. Arriving at Twos "humble abode" he heard voices. "Robot flower, I have a.. person who can help you" Twos voice sounding like he was grinning. Tree twisted the doorknob and came in. "Ah! Hello Tree! Come sit beside Robot Flower." Two welcomed him. "I was just explaining something to Robot Flower." His smile grew. "Robot Flower gave me a request. A little game to host that would test her leadership and smarts." Robot Flower nodded. Tree was confused. "So why am I here?" He raised an eyebrow. "You see Tree, we've noticed lately you've been wanting to take preventing death further. Robot Flower you're excused by the way."

"Where is this going?" Tree crossed his arms leaning back on his chair. "It's clear, you're given a chance to host a game with Robot Flower!" Tree thought he saw a red glow coming from twos eyes. In a blink it was gone. I'm hallucinating- man i should get more sleep. Tree rubbed his eyes again. "So. Are you gonna take it?" Two asked. "Remember you can prevent death this way." He stared at Tree. Tree hesitated for a moment but after a little thinking, he said it. "...Deal." They shook hands. This couldn't go wrong... right?
