crush! chapter five!
TODAY WAS THE DAY. (Y/N) was finally turning 16! She was so excited, she was practically bouncing off the walls. Her parents agreed that she was allowed to have a small party with all her friends since they felt bad about having to go somewhere on her birthday (little do her parents know, shes inviting her entire class and plus some).
Akio and Mei stood besides her as she brainstormed ideas for her party. Mei was dead-set on spiking the punch while all Akio wanted was to be able to eat cake.
"Okay! So, I think we should invite the general studies kids and 1-B! Even if Monoma is annoying his friends arent." Mei chimed up and (Y/N) nodded her head in agreement.
"Shinsou is nice. He helped me when I dropped all my books at the beginning of the year." Akio murmured as he snacked on his bag of chips. "Invite him."
Mei and (Y/N) looked at each other with a look, before looking over at Akio with a smirk. "Shinsou, huh?"
"He's the only person you said should come." (Y/N) chirped as she felt a smile grow on her face at Akio's red ears.
"Awe! You have a crush on him!" Mei screeched as she jumped up from her seat, grabbing his shoulders and shaking them back and forth. "How long? Do you talk to him often? Tell me you at least have his number?! I need details!!"
"Mei..." (Y/N) sweat-dropped. "Don't break him, he'll tell us when he's ready."
"Yeah, Mei. Calm down." Akio moved Mei's hands off his shoulders. Mei shot him a playful glare as she plopped down in her seat with a huff.
"So..." (Y/N) trailed off, catching the two'z attention. "Are you ready yet?"
Mei laughed and Akio only snorted.
"I don't know him that well. I just think he's cool." Akio explained, but the two girls weren't convinced.
"Cool is his code word for cute." Mei whispered to (Y/N), loud enough for Akio to hear. (Y/N) and Mei only giggled at Akio's annoyed expression, though, there was the faintest blush on the tips of his ears.
"Okay! Shinsou is coming whether he likes it or not!" The (h/c) girl wrote down his name as a plan formulated in her head.
There's no way I won't make Shinsou and Akio talk at my party.
"And Shinsou and Akio will date whether they like it or not!" Mei exclaimed and Akio choked on his salvia, coughing his lungs out and Mei cackled at his misfortune.
