The Only Exception

Chapter Two: First Kiss

It was Christmas break but Christmas was over it was 2 days till New Years and Kaleb was texting me about hanging out that night. So I decided to hang out with him. He actually wasn't has bad as I thought he was, his popularity died down after a month or so and he made himself comfortable with my group of friends.

We actually had a lot in common, we like talking about people, watching movies and eating so we're definitely a match.. Wait did I really just say that?? No Aden you can't think that! I just put that thought to the side..

It was New Year's Eve and Kaleb came and got me from my house then we went to his house and went out back to a camp fire it was all decorated he definitely didn't do this himself then an older woman came out she was very nice, smart and had a great since of style but she left soon after she met me. We just sat around the fire and it was clam but Kaleb was acting weird and moved closer so i went and got us something to drink but he followed me so I went back outside then he started acting more like himself but l could tell something was on his mind...

It was 4 minutes till New Years and we are comfy and he moved closer to me and next thing I know Kaleb was kissing me and I didn't even care it was a nice kiss like one I have been wanting for..

Then he let go of the kiss and I just looked at him he was looking for a response but I just went back for more and defiantly didn't regret it.

After the second kiss we just went to sleep cuddle in each other's arms

The next morning I woke up and heard people talking but I woke up in a different place in a bed, the bed was huge. Then Kaleb came in but sat on the bed he looked at me with a worried face. He started talking about last night scared I would have regretted it but I didn't. To reassure him I put my hand on his and smiled and he seemed happier.

He took me home later and kissed my cheek. I text him and seen if he wanted to do something but he didn't reply but he read it. Two weeks later and he still hasn't talked to me, was it something I did or something I said. I didn't know what to do. I actually kinda fell for him but I guess I was being stupid.
