It was the day after i talked to the girls about Griffin and they have been BEGGING me to talk to him, but i just couldn't bring myself to do it.
It was around lunch time and I ordered some pizza for the boys, as i waited for it to arrive i couldn't help but think about what the girls said about Griffin, and our history. I quickly snapped out of it when i heard the door bell ring.
y/n - "hey! thank you so much" i say to the pizza boy
(PB - pizza boy)
pb - "anything for a pretty girl like you." He smiled
I blushed a little and signed a paper than he handed me another paper.
y/n - "whats this?" i asked knowing it was his number, acting dumb
pb - "don't act dumb shawty its my number" he winked "text me sometime"
I giggle and waved bye. I closed the door and rolled my eyes.
y/n - "men" i giggled
I set the pizza on the table and yelled for the boys.
y/n - "BOYS LUNCH!!" i yelled
I heard the boys coming downstairs and Josh and Bryce yelling and joking with eachother (like always) I rolled my eyes and laughed
B - "Yum!" Bryce said
K - "Pizza!" Kio yelled
Q - "my favorite" Quinton smiled
I smiled back and looked around. Where was Griffin?
y/n - "guys?" i asked still looking around "wheres griff?" I questioned
J - "not sure actually." Josh said
JA - "did you check his room?" Jaden asked
A - "Yea he might be in there?" Anthony stated unsure
y/n - "okay thanks yall" i smiled and skipped up the stairs
I got to Griffins room and heard him on Fortnite. Of course I thought to myself i giggled and slightly knocked on the door before walking in
y/n - "Hey Griff?" I said sort of yelling hoping he could hear me
Griffin twisted around and once he saw
it was me took his head set off and motioned for me to sit. I headed over and sat down on the bed across from him
y/n - "hi" i smiled
G - "hey" griffin said returning the smile
y/n - "i uh- i ordered lunch?" i said shrugging
"oh yea" i said "and i have this for you" i pulled the pizza boys number out of my pocket and handed it to him
G - "what is it?" Griffin asked
y/n - "its a boys number." i sighed "remember in 10th grade we always said that if a girl gives you her number or a guy gives me his number we always have to give it to each other?" I said letting out a shaky breath
G - "yea, i- i do" Griffin smiled
y/n - "so uh- here" I said smiling trying to keep my eyes from watering, but Griffin must've noticed
G - "hey hey y/n? are you ok?" He said quickly moving next to me
y/n - "yea im um- im fine" i say wiping under my eyes and quickly putting my hand back down "i just uh" i paused "i miss it, you know?" i said quickly tearing back up again
G - "Miss what?" Griffin asked obviously knowing what i was talking about
y/n - "it. just" i paused "us being close, and not having anything get in the way, i miss it griff, i miss us" I said letting out a breathe i didnt know i was holding in
G - "me too y/n, me too" he guided me into a hug and i sat there slowly letting a few tears drop as i sat there in his arms.
y/n - "okay!" i said wiping under my eyes and standing up "i ordered pizza and its downstairs" i gave a weak smile
G - "y/n.." he looked up at me
y/n - "look griff im fine ok, just a little.." i paused looking for a word "set back?" i shrugged
I turned around and headed back to the boys.
I sat down at the table and started talking.
y/n - "so guys!" i clapped my hands "what do i need to do! I feel like u guys havent been giving me a lot!" i said
A - "we REALLY need food" anthony said
All the boys agreed
y/n - "okay! welp, im on my way then." I smiled and grabbed the car keys, my purse and wallet. I was halfway out the door when i hear
??? - "PEANUT!" someone yelled
y/n - "yea?!" i asked
I see Bryce jogging around the corner
B - "here" he started to give me his credit card
y/n - "bryce" i pushed the card back to him "nope! on me" I gave a smile
B - "im the one eating it." he gave a pouty face
y/n - "me too" i returned the pouty face
B - "oh no. not the face! dont do the face" he giggled covering his eyes
I laughed and when he uncovered his eyes resumed the face
y/n - "i pay" i said
B - "fine fine!" bryce said throwing up his hands "you win with that little face of yours!" he laughed "you get me every time with that face!" he said turning around
y/n - "sure do!" i say giggling
He was halfway around the corner when i realized i forgot a mask! I ran to the table near the kitchen and quietly grabbed my mask and heard the guys talking
B - "she did it guys she won!" Bryce said talking to the guys
J - "let me guess! she used the face!" Josh said crossing his arms
B - "YOU GOT ME! she used the face." Bryce laughed "she gets me every time with that pouty face."
N - "wow you must really have a soft spot for that girl" noah giggled
B - "DO NOT" Bryce denyed
BL - "definitely do!" Blake laughed
After i thought i heard enough i went through the front door and drove to target to get the groceries

I was just about to checkout when i get a text from Josh
