Jason's P.O.V

I was being shaken awake by my best friend Cole. I look at the clock it was 5:50 AM. "What the hell Cole! It's like 6!" I almost shouted.

"SSSSHHH! Keep quiet and lets go sneak out." He explained to me.

I was about to tell him no but then I saw that determined look of his and knew whatever I did, I didn't really have a choice.

"Fine, but where would we even go?" I say annoyed.

"Maybe we'll sneak out to the Slumbering weald."

"Hell no! You're such an idiot!"

"Well I'm going to drag you there anyway! And if you try to get away I'll yell and we'll both get in trouble."

I was beat so, begrudgingly I walked with him to the desk of the orphanage where he grabbed the keys and skipped to the door. After unlocking it and heading out in a couple of minutes we were face with the gate to the Slumbering weald.

"Are you ready?" Cole asked. I didn't reply because I was to pissed. "Then open sesame!" Cole pushed on the gate, and it hardly moved.

"... Open sesame!" Again pretty much nothing happened.

"A little help please Jason?" He looked at me expectantly.

"What? Little baby Cole can't open the gate?" I joked.

"All right you open it then, bet you can't!" Determined to prove him wrong I walked up to the gate and pushed. Nothing. I pushed harder, still nothing. Eventually I got too frustrated and hoped the fence.

"What? Little baby-"

"SHUT UP!" Cole laughed and then hoped the fence and we both wandered out into the Slumbering weald.

"What the hell is all of this fog?" Cole complained. I didn't respond. Not because I was mad but because I was face to face with two giant wolf like Pokémon.

"W-what are those Pokémon?" I barely managed to get out. These Pokémon looked mad ready to attack. I bolted away back to the exit while Cole tried to call out.

"HEY! DON'T YOU LEAVE ME!" Cole shouted out and then ran after me. The wolf Pokémon started chasing after us. We couldn't exactly see where we were going but we didn't care, we just ran to where we thought we came from. Eventually the fog started clearing up and I saw the fence.

"The fence!  HURY UP COLE!" I ran to the fence and vaulted over it like they do on pokétube, and then faceplanted onto the dirt. Cole however pushed open the gate before tripping over me and also faceplanting.

"*pant pant* Cole you IDIOT!"

"Oh shut up Jason." He lies still on the dirt exhausted from the whole experience.

"Cole that's the last time I ever listen to you."

"Whatever. But we never speak of this. Got it?"

"Yeah no duh." We both head back to the orphanage and head to bed. I toss and turn and look at the clock. Only half an hour until we have to get back up. Great. I close my eyes and slowly notice everything slowly disappear before reappearing. I was smaller for whatever reason and I was with one of my old friends James.

"Hey Jason, look what I found by the playground." He dragged me over past the playground and then to a tree nearby to the fence.

"Whoa. A sword. Oh hey James I know, we should pretend your a hero and I'm a big bad uuhh Duraludon."

"Hey that sounds like fun. Prepare yourself evil Duraludon. Your evil stops here and I will end it with my trusty... ultra sword!" James reached over to the sword. He quickly grabbed it and unsheathed the sword. Suddenly the ribbon on the sword wrapped around his arm and suddenly James fell to the floor.

"James?" I say slowly waking to him.

"James are you ok?" I kneel down to the floor and gently shake him. Nothing happens. Out of the corner of my eyes I see the sword wander off by itself but I don't care, I'm too focused on James.

"James, James? Why won't you wake up?" I keep trying to no avail. I'm in tears at this point.

"JAMES! WAKE UP PLEASE!" He still doesn't wake up and I'm left crying until one of the caretakers approaches me, but as she approaches I actually wake up.

"AAHHH!" I look around. I'm in my tent. I take a peek outside it's still night, I'm still outside the stairs leading to Motostoke. It was a dream, I was still fine. I hated those dreams, they happened so often and it always felt the same as when it actually happened. Whatever it doesn't matter, tomorrow I'm finally leaving this stupid region.
