As the weed worked its' magic on her, Autumn calmly walked down the streets of Loguetown, waving at any passerby's who saw and recognized her.
"After I got my powers, I slowly made my way to becoming the most famous bounty hunter of my generation, known for my brutal fighting style, bad attitude, and for being the fastest draw in the East Blue! But I'm getting ahead of myself. Before I became the greatest bounty hunter in the world of One Piece, thank you very much, I had to endure some of the toughest, most agonizing training to improve my endurance, stamina, and energy that it put ALL the training seen in the Rocky movies to shame"!
Autumn smirked as she thought back to the start of her training.

Thanks to the bounty she received from Grint the Manslayer, Autumn was able to move out of the inn she was staying at. Since she had a spare room, Tashigi offered her a place to stay. In all honesty, Autumn was all too eager to stay with the young marine. Even though they had met the once, the two of them had formed an unlikely friendship. Even though she was a marine, Autumn knew from watching the anime that she was a good person and, unlike some of the other marines, she neither practiced nor believed in the "Absolute Justice" that poisoned many of the once decent soldiers. She knew that they would be on different sides of the law someday, but for now, she focused on the present.
She didn't have much to her name, save for the ample amount of what was left of the reward money, so the move was quick. Whenever Tashigi wasn't busy at the base, the two of them would spend time together, either going out to restaurants or shops or picking up the new bounties that had just come in. Many of the criminals who showed up on the wanted posters she gathered weren't in Loguetown as of late, but there were still plenty to pick from. Though with Autumn's limited experience or lack thereof, Tashigi advised her to hold off on going out to find them until she had undergone enough training to get her started. This, in turn, led to them training at the base. Tashigi taught Autumn some basic hand to hand combat and even had some of her subordinates engage her in some practice fights.
It had been almost a year since Autumn started training when Tashigi when the young marine had decided it was time for her to take the next level in her training.
They were both out in the training yard, going at each other as if it were a real fight. Tashigi wielded a wooden sword while Autumn simply wore some pads on her arms and legs and protective headgear that covered her face. They decided that since Autumn was a brawler type fighter that wearing protection during training would be necessary, especially for her development. Training with Tashigi would also provide her with some familiarity if and when she ever came across other fighters who wielded swords or other melee weapons.
They were both drenched in sweat, but neither one was about to let up. With a brazen cry, Tashigi charged forward, thrusting her sword towards Autumn. The young devil fruit user swiftly sidestepped her attack and came in with a back kick, which Tashigi immediately blocked. Autumn quickly followed that with a set of punches that the young bluenette marine dodged. Tashigi then swung her sword in a horizontal slash which Autumn dodged by leaning back as if she were playing a game of limbo.
Thinking fast, Autumn jerked her leg upwards, knocking the sword out of Tashigi's grip. In one swift motion, Autumn then swept the Sergeant Major off her feet. The young blue haired woman groaned as she looked up and saw her friend and roommate standing over her with that iconic shit eating smirk.
