You're probably wondering what happened to me.

After I died, everything was black. Later I came back to earth as a ghost. I can tell you that it's very lonely here. When I returned, I also learned that there were three months between my death and my return.

To me it seemed like it was only a half an hour. Returning home was not easy, not even to Julie and Flynn. The damage from my death was clearly visible. Because of this I took an hour every day for myself to forget everything I did to them. I mainly filled that hour by going to the beach. The view of the waves calmed me. I also no longer stayed away hoping they could sense my presence.

Until now I haven't encountered any other ghosts but I bet there are many like me. Most of the time I hang out with Julie and Noah. Of course with Flynn too, but I see that she has processed everything much better than the other two. I'm really worried about them. Noah puts school backwards and his grades are dropping very quickly. If he doesn't want to do his year over again, then he needs to get his grades up.

Then you have Julie. At least she was still playing music before I died. She stopped writing songs because that was something between her and her mother. Now because of me she also stopped playing which made me guilty. Unfortunately, there is no way I can let her know that I am with her and that she cannot give up.

It has now been six months since I returned. It's Julie's last chance to play or she'll be kicked out of the music program. I hope she will play but I fear it. In the meantime she is already at school with me by her side. In the distance we see Flynn approaching.

"Hey, underachiever", Flynn said to Julie, to which she replied, "Hey, disappointment."

It made me laugh. We did this every day when we saw each other for the first time. It was a tradition that they fortunately had not given up.

"Okay, I know you don't want me to ask, but have you figured out what you're gonna do toady?" Flynn asked.

"I'll know in the moment."

"Really, Jules? That's all you're giving me? Mrs. Harrison said this is your last chance."

"I know. I was there." In the distance we heard Carrie coming. I would've rather stayed in that black room, at least then I didn't have to see her again.

"See you at the rally," she said to everyone, handing out flyers.

"Ugh! What is she handing out?" Flynn said, rolling her eyes.

Flynn couldn't have Carrie because she's such a fake and I agree.

"Desperation?" Julie said with a smile.

Then we see Carrie approaching us. Everyone puts on their fake smiles while she hands Flynn and Julie a flyer.

"Here you go. My group's performing at the spirit rally tomorrow. I'm sure you guys have nothing better to do."

"Oh my gosh, Carrie. Thanks!" Flynn sarcastically replied.

"Oh my gosh, Flynn. Don't bother coming!", Carrie said back.

Flynn crumbled the flyer while Carrie turned around, allowing the fake smiles to fall back. I'm so glad I don't have to do that anymore.
