CHAPTER 03: A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

We are all set. The members gather around the table for our dinner. There's a restaurant here offering both Asian and Western Cuisine. My favorite part is that they also have some Korean dishes to be serve. My stomach easily get upset to dishes that I'm not familiar with though it is a must try especially when travelling at the other country.

I sat next to Kyungsoo. He knows how to savor food very well and I also like the view coming from here. My eyes are on the entrance, of course, expecting someone.

Blaire and Halley are already here and Ria is nowhere to be found. They are about three tables away from us. The foods are now served, coming one by one. For how many person do they order by the way? I think it is too much for three person!

"She's still not here." Sehun whined.

We all stare at her then ignore him right away. He can't be serious, is he?

We all begun to eat. I can never deny the disappointment I have at the moment.

Just then, Baekhyun, who's facing me at the table, kicked me lightly and smirk. He is staring at the mirror behind me. I simply lift my head up and look to where he is trying to show me in secret. Ria in a yellow sundress and a nude color knitted cardigan is now walking towards the entrance of the restaurant. Her hair is all tied up. Her knitted cardigan is somehow looks exactly as mine. The one that Baekhyun gave me earlier at the mall. The thing is, I am wearing it now.

I gave him a confused look but his genuine smile greets me.

We look like a couple.

I guess the members saw her too as they are now staring at me like I'm a criminal. "I didn't know!" I silently yelled at them.

"Then give that to me! Let's exchange our clothes." Sehun told me without any emotions on his face.

"Baekhyun gave this to me. I can't just give it to someone else."

I continue to eat and pay no attention to their old whining.

After our dinner, I can still sense the dark aura coming from Sehun whenever our eyes met. I rejected his offer for number of times. He'll soon enter the military! He won't need it.

I have a walk with Baekhyun and when we're far enough for the members not to hear our conversation, I started having a not so little talk with him.

"Why did you gave me this? You are aware of Sehun, right?"

"I just think that you two look beautiful together. You should have seen your face when she held your ears! You turn red." He said while laughing at me. "Sehunnie... you know him well too. A day or two, the attraction he had for Ria will be gone. Cut. Finish."

"You are probably right."

We stop at the middle and sat on the sand. Feeling the summer breeze gently touching our skin while listening to the music of the waves.

"Ria..."

Just hearing her name is already making me focus to what Baekhyun is about to say.

"She will soon be unemployed. She told us when I ask her."

"Why? It is hard enough to live a life for a living. What has gotten into her?"

"She already submitted her resignation letter. Her term will lasts for about a month? After the project she's handling be over. She'll travel for the next month after that before she begin to study again for her master's degree."

"No wonder why she never had a boyfriend or even dated before. She's too busy growing within herself that she grew and continuously do till now without needing a man."
