CHAPTER 04: SILVER LINING

What it the world...?

I heard a loud stamp towards our room and it is horribly annoying! I'm not mad because of lack of sleep. I'm worried that it might wake Minseok up. He needs a lot of rest he can have while we're here.

I'm about to get up when Sehun open the door and jump unto my bed. I quickly cover his mouth and gaze at Minseok who reacts a little at the noise Sehun has done. I'm glad that he didn't wake up and just change his position, facing the balcony.

"Are you crazy? He's sick since yesterday."

"Minseok..." I didn't let him finish his statement and drag him outside the room. Ria must have left the front door unlocked. This guy right here easily barge in without any consent. "They are already waiting for the both of you outside." He silently whisper to me.

Just then, the door open and Minseok hyung, together with his blanket, greet us with eyes still close and lips smiling weakly. "Hyung, you can't just move around casually."

"What happen?" The youngest blankly asked. "Hyung, are you still sick?"

"I think Chan's nursing make me feel well again. Thank you, by the way." He tapped my shoulder and went downstairs to prepare some coffee for the three of us. Leaving me and Hun alone, standing still while watching him go.

He didn't remember what happen hours ago? Ria is literally the one who nurse him. Not me!

"He seems so fine though. Just like the usual Minseokie hyung." He then turn to me and tease me with a smile. "I didn't know that you have those nursing skills?"

"It is Ria the one who tend him not me."

His eyes widen, can't believe what he have just heard. "You mean, Ria was here? Right there!?" Pointing the door of our shared room.

"Yes."

I left him all alone and followed Minseok hyung at the mini kitchen of our cabin. I've heard the footsteps of Sehun rushing towards my direction. I sit at the counter stool and watch Minseok hyung do his thing when Hun sit next to me. His attention are all on me. I ignore his stare and points directly to our eldest. "Hyung, the credits goes to Ria. She is the one who look after you when you're unconsciously weak." Then I turn to Hun. "You told me the others are waiting outside. Why are you still here?"

"They can wait for us or go first without us since we will be quite occupied right now. It is only 5:36 in the morning." He takes a sip at the coffee prepared by Minseok. "So, where were we?"

"Ria was here?" Minseok hyung focus on me. Just like Sehun.

I told him what happen earlier and guess what? He's ready to hide in his shell. The embarrassment he had contradicts Sehun's amazement towards Ria.

It's just an infatuation. As simple as that. Besides, he'll enlist soon. He will soon forget all about her.

The sun finally shows his light. We gather around the table for our breakfast with the beautiful scenery of the ocean and music of its waves.

In the middle of our meal, a familiar figure in a distance catches my attention. She is staring blankly at the end of the endless sea.

Minseok hyung must have notice his presence too. He managed to quickly finish his meal and excuse himself first. I thought he'll be at our cabin but when I get back to check on him, no presence of him can be found.

I rest for a moment. I wander around inside the cabin. I was about to step outside using the back door when I heard Minseok hyung's voice coming from the cabin number two. I hid at the kitchen and watch them from the small window facing their direction.
