Anurag's pov

...

We were returning home when Prerna sneezed thrice and grabbed some tissues from the box in front of her.

"Driver take us to the nearest hospital available." Prerna's head snapped towards me as soon as I ordered the driver.

"Anurag, why are we going to hospital? Are you ok? Wait, let me check." She asked/said horrified.

"I am perfectly fine Prerna. We are going to hospital for your checkup." I nonchalantly replied.

"Pr kyu? I am perfectly fine. Dekho mujhe kuch nhi hua, even fever bhi nhi." She said guiding my hand towards her forehead.

"I know tumhe fever nhi h pr you sneezed thrice in a row. Issliye hum hospital ja rhe h." I replied.

"What! no way. Pagal ho gye ho kya? last time I sneezed in front of you tumne mujhe ek week tak bed se uthne bhi nhi diya tha. Not that my lazy ass mind, but it get boring when it's a whole week. Anurag please baby. Tumhari har baat manne ko tayar hu but not this. Please, pretty please, please with a cherry on the top." She said pouting like a child but I glared at her saying 'dare you argue with me on this matter' and she sunk back in her seat, sulking.

Aww, she looks cute while sulking. My Jaan.

After few minutes, her hands reached inside her sling bag and she pulled out her phone but I snatched it from her.

"Mom can't save you this time." I grinned, tucking her phone inside my coat. No one can argue with me when it comes to her health.

No one.

Reaching the hospital I literally dragged her to the doctor's cabin.

"Mrs Basu is totally fine--" Dr started but stopped when I threw him a glare.

"But we should give a dose of antibiotics in case there is something we can't detect." He nodded towards the nurse who immediately pulled out a syringe.
