I was going to post stuff like this on my conversations tab on my homepage but meh.
My plans for this 'book' is to try and keep everything organised and see what you guys think, hear your input and ideas and whatnot.
So I suppose it's just a fancy A...
Character names: Katilina (Kat) (A) and Ali/Sage (B) for now (Might change)
Relationship: Lesbians (obviously)
Genre: Original story/Heavily influenced by others so for copyright reasons, probably fanfic tbh
Inspiration/Based off: The walking dead, The last of us, Various other zombie apocalypse universes. Bit of dead island too, come to think of it :T
Setting: A town like the last of us 2, (name unknown right now), small, quiet. New survivors from the apocalypse being brought to The Hub every day. Located in the country, away from cities.
More on the main characters: The first (A), a survivor. Only found the hub a few days prior to the start of the book and is settling in well. Still deciding on what category (See below) to work under. Leaning towards Smith Work but not sure yet. A very respectful and bubbly person. Can be shy at times, but always willing to help. Open book.
Appearance; Short smooth/straight brown hair, tall n lanky. Typically wears comfy loose clothes like trainers, jeans/shorts, t-shirts etc. All that and a coat if its cold. Prosthetic leg. Weapon; N/A as of yet. (probably a pistol, an axe or throwing hatchet idk.)
The second (B), one of the 5 leaders of the hub - Gather Leader. Leads a team or foragers (The only team allowed outside the Hub) around the area of various small towns and villages to try and find survivours/food/anything of use to bring back to the Hub. Likes her ability to leave the Hub, but also wishes to take defending the Hub against undead into the Gatherer category. To which the Commander (Mayor/chief/Big boss man - Oversees the 5 categories.) declines. A short temper.
Apperance; medium - short curly brown hair, shaven back and sides. Typically wears jeans, vest tops, light loose clothes at hub/backpack, leather coat, jeans, army style boots when scouting. Slightly smaller than (A), (Had to put that in bc im all about the height difference, my man) Weapon; Bow, knife, pistol(?) mini crossbow(maybe not but its cute, right?)

food/crops/cattle - Farm Leader
healers/doctors/scientists - Health Leader
Builders/joiners/metalworkers - Smith leader
scavengers/forage/scout - Gather Leader(B)
childcare or elderly/looking after the people/protection - Defense Leader
N/B: Might make a little doodle of the characters if you want to see that. Ik the bows a little cliche, like Katniss everdeen or ellie from the last of us, but archery is so cool don't at me.

It's the early stages of a worldwide apocalypse. The Hub was formed as one of the most advanced sanctuaries for survivours to start anew and live without fear of the infected. Katilina is one of the newest additions to The Hub. She must work under the 5 categories for 5 months and decide what craft to take up to be a part of the Hub's community. One month however, is going to be far more interesting than the rest.
