Base form DJ Lyte: Among the DJs, he is the Fastest of them all. he can run at speeds of 630 mph before running out of breath. (With the Mixgear's Enhancements, his speed is capped at 3250 mph). He is physically strong, but with the Mixgear of lightning, he is unstoppable. When he activates, all of his power goes to his chosen base power: Speed. His attacks may not be very strong, but it can land a lethal hit if hit enough times. His perspective is "Not everything is based on power. That's why I chose attacking speed than powerful punches". With the addition of the Mixgear of lightning, he is even faster, and thus, even STRONGER. He even won a marathon with just his base speed.
Godspeed DJ Lyte: When he Activates is chosen power to the MAXIMUM, he activates Godspeed Mode. It changes his body to nothing but lightning, while the bolts show an outline of his body. With this power, his speed is just IMPOSSIBLE to decipher. He becomes so fast that even TIME itself couldn't catch up, so to him, everything is slowed to 0.01 seconds, so he can plan out his attacks PERFECTLY. His strength is enhanced, but its main element is SPEED, but it puts a HEAVY BURDEN on his body. If he uses too much of its power, he can actually DIE by Disintegrating into nothingness (Since time can't catch up in this form). He can use attacks like Amplified Lightning Palm, Thunderbolt, Lightning Barrier, Lightning Dome, Enhanced Foresight, Enhanced Hearing, and Enhanced Touch, so if he can rip out your heart, he can do it swiftly and silently. Yes, in this form, EVEN Sound couldn't catch up, but with his enhanced hearing, he can hear as if he's in his normal self. Overall, Godspeed DJ Lyte is among the Fastest form of All Time.
