The time Artemis picked up Percy

Percy Pov

     The last day of school. When everything is nice and relaxed. When all you did the last year can be forgotten and you are only focused on what you're gonna do with your days off.
    
     Of course, you can't forget everything. Like how you got married to a maiden man-hating goddess. (Dad and Zeus had a truce and decided to symbolise it with 2 of their children getting married. Me and Artemis were the chosen ones.)Or when the mist got taken down and revealed all the secrets you tried so desperately to hide. (But I still hid mine.) That's right, no one knows I'm a demigod. Or I guess immortal now either. I'm not a God but I still live forever. Kind of happened when I married Artemis.
    
     So anyways, the last day of school and I am just sitting in the back of the room avoiding the lustful gaze of Veronica, the local school cheerleader (slut). My step-dad (who is also my English teacher), Paul Blowfish, erm, Blofis, was sitting at his desk smiling at me. Why? I have no idea.

     It kinda freaked me out. It was one of those, I-know-something-you-don't kind of smiles. Which can not be good. Something tells me that Artemis has something planned and told Paul about it.

     As I was thinking this, the school jock, Hector, came up to me. Now don't get me wrong, the guy is strong but not demigod strong. He's also shorter than me by an inch. He keeps telling people that he is a son of Zeus, which he is not. I think I would know if he was my brother-in-law. As I was saying, he came up to me.

     "Hey Jackson."

     I ignored him.

     "Look at someone when they are talking to you!"

     Again, ignored him.

     "I'll have my dad smite you, he's king of the Gods!"

     'No he won't.' I thought. 'One, he can't, I'm immortal, two, by killing me, he would hurt Artemis. Not physically, but emotionally.' She might not seem like the kind of person who would be sad by that, but she is very adorable if you break through that man hating barrier.

     "Looks like my dad's gonna kill ya!" He threatened again.

     As soon as he said this a voice on the intercom came on.

     " Students and staff, please head to the auditorium, we have some, special... guests."

     Paul looked at me again and smirked. I was confused. If my earlier prediction was right then... THE GODS MUST BE THE SPECIAL GUESTS!

     We all stood up and walked in a single file line to the auditorium. And there as I predicted, were the Gods, including my wife sitting on their thrones. They weren't in their 15 foot tall forms but were about 8 feet tall. Artemis though was in her 12 year old form, which she takes when I'm not around. Sometimes she does when I am, and I then get questions about my little sister. So... she doesn't do it often.

     Off to the side I see the 7 (minus me) sitting on a couch. Also sitting there was Nico, Reyna, Rachel, and Annabeth's new girlfriend Aquama. After Tartarus, me and Annabeth decided that being friends would be better. And must I say, Annabeth and Aquama are a very cute couple. The 7 don't know that I am married to Artemis, only that I spend a lot of time with the hunt. I think that they think I joined which I guess is true from a certain point of view. I am technically a part of the hunt.

     For some reason, Will Solace isn't here, he's usually with Nico all the time. Wonder what that's about.

     I decide to sit in the very back where the Gods and my friends can't see me. Well, maybe Nico can, being a son of Hades and all that. Oh yea, almost forgot, I got Hades and Hestia seats on the council. So they're here as well. It's very loud in the auditorium until Uncle Z or my father-in-law slams his master bolt on the ground, shutting everyone up.
