He latched both of his hands onto Maira's throat cutting off her airway. She squirmed and struggled needing air needing to get to Moritz. She tried to push him off but he was too strong it was no use.

He grunted and gave an evil smile. The poor girl slowly slipped out of conciseness thrashing less and less. She opened her mouth. needing to say one last thing before she inevitably went.

"Moritz"

The girl went limp in the arms of her father his hands still wrapped around her neck. He didn't let go until he heard a soft knock on the door. Looking up and bolting out the back door and far away from here.

The young boy on the other side of the door. Waited for about five minutes before pushing the door open and going inside. Once inside he looked around the house going in all the rooms before going into the living room and dropping to his knees. Moritz started to sob looking at the body in disbelieve.

No no no she can't be dead she said she would go with me. She said she would go. He went over to her checking her pulse before noticing the bruises on her neck. He let out an angry sob knowing the only person who would do such a thing to such a beautiful creature was the very thing that brought it here.

Moritz reached into his pocket grabbing a shiny silver gun. Before turning to the dead girl kissing her on the head lightly and shoving the nozzle up his throat and pulling the trigger.

Two people died in the house that night. Two souls not meant to be apart. Not able to survive on their own.

--------

You fold his hands and smooth his tie
You gently lift his chin
Were you really so blind
And unkind to him?

Can't help the itch to touch, to kiss
To hold him once again
Now to close his eyes
Never open them

A shadow passed, a shadow passed
Yearning, yearning
For the fool, it called a home

All things he never did are left behind
All the things his mama wished he'd bear in mind
And all his dad had hoped he'd know

Melchior Gabor sighed and laid his flowers down on his two friends graves. Tears openly flowing down his cheeks as he choked back a sob. "Gosh damn it! Why why why" He let out a whimper. turning before saying his final goodbye to the people he called home.
