It was around eight-thirty at night. Lux booming with activity, and playing music that could be heard three blocks down the streets. Lucifer was in his penthouse, standing in his shower while the hot water sprayed from the shower head, and trickled down his face and body. His eyes were shut, and he took in a deep breath, before opening them yet again. Water droplets falling from his lashes, and down his cheeks whilst he stared at the wall. Today was not the best day for him, but he was ready to go downstairs and forget about his day at work, and the thoughts running through his mind. Turning the shower off, he stepped out after pulling back the curtain, and grabbed his bath towel to wrap around his waist. Walking out to his room, he opened the closet door on the other side of the room, and picked out a suit. After drying off, he clothed himself. He now wore a white button up long sleeve, along with a black blazer, and dress pants; all coming together with a pair of red bottom black loafers. Throwing his towel into the nearby wash basket, he styled his hair in the mirror with some gel, and spritzed some high-end cologne on his neck. Taking in a deep breath, he sighed, and smiled softly before he walked out to the living room, and over to his bar. Pouring himself a glass of cognac, he drank what little he had poured into the glass before walking to the elevator, and stepping in. The doors closing, he descended to the nightclubs floor, and once the doors had opened the music got louder. Lights flashing, and women dancing on stripper poles was always something to cheer up the devil himself. Stepping out of the elevator, he smiled as females noticed him and began to crowd him. "Now, now ladies. Please, as flattered as I am, there is plenty of good old Lucifer to go around." He chuckled, and walked down the small flight of steps to the main floor, sitting at a booth with about four women, two on either side of him. One of the bouncers who had spotted Lucifer walked over to the booth with a circular metal tray that had five drinks on it. "Ah, thank you my good man." Lucifer handed the women their drinks before getting his own, and smelling the rim of the glass to get an idea as to what he was about to consume. "Ahhh, tequila. You know me so well. Drink up ladies, there's more than enough where these came from." They all clinked their shot glasses together before taking a shot simultaneously. Lucifer smiled as all four women tried talking to him at once, and he just relaxed listening to each of them.
Nine o'clock had rolled by, and Gianna and Delaney had just arrived to Lux. Gianna parked the car down the street so she wouldn't have to pay anybody to park her car for her. They got out of the car, and started walking down the sidewalk, listening to the loud music as it got much louder the more they got closer to the front doors. Once they reached the bouncer, he checked their ID's and then opened the door for them to enter. Gianna took in a deep breath, and smiled at Delaney while they walked inside. "Is it sad to say I'm actually really fucking nervous for some reason?" Gianna spoke a little loud to her older sister due to the loud music that blared throughout the building. "Yes! Just relax and have a good time, Gianna! I promise you this is gonna be an amazing night." Delaney yelled back to her sister. They walked down the steps to approach the bar. Gianna purchased a cognac, and Delaney purchased an apple-tini. Leaning against the bar, facing the rest of the crowd, they both drank from their glasses, enjoying the vibe that radiated throughout the large room. Lucifer was beginning to get bored with the conversations the females around him held, and he began to scan the room for anybody else who seemed interesting. His eyes flicked past these two young females, one dressed in an indigo dress, the other in a cream dress. He went to look on, but then did a double take back to the duo. His eyes were on the female in the cream colored dress, a small smirk pulling at his lips whilst he admired her figure.
"So where's the owner at? You sure he's even here tonight?" Gianna asked her sister in a loud tone, glancing over at her. "He usually is, but... I'm not seeing him. Maybe he's out somewhere else?" Delaney shrugged, sipping from her glass. Gianna felt slightly disappointed and downed the rest of her cognac before ordering another. Delaney could see the disappointment on her younger sisters expression, and soon became determined to find the man. She squinted her eyes, and looked around the room thoroughly. As she looked, she saw a large group of people dancing. The song soon ended, and the group moved to go sit at a table, and there he was. "Gianna, I think I just found your man, and I think... he's already found you too." Delaney said to her sister, smiling a little. Gianna sipped from her glass, glancing to her sister before trying to locate the man. Delaney then took her sisters chin in her hand, and turned her head towards the direction of said man, to Gianna's surprise she found him staring at her. Gianna's breath hitches, and she found herself entranced by his gaze, staring back at him. She watched him as he broke the stare for a moment, speaking to the women he sat with, and got out of the booth. He began to advance towards her with a subtle stride, and Delaney smiled, giggling quietly before she ran off. Gianna saw her sister run, and began to stress almost instantly. "Delaney!!" She yelled, before she whispered a subtle "Fuck." Under her breath, returning her sight to the man walking towards her. She finished off her drink, before yet ordering another, facing the bartender now. "Hennessey? What a marvelous choice, happens to be my favorite drink." A low, enchanting British accent came from behind her. The mans warm breath caressing her ear. Gianna gripped the glass firmly, and shut her eyes for a second, before turning around to be so close to the man. He towered over her even with the heels she wore. Her eyes scanned the suit, before trailing up to his face. "Good evening, madam. I'm Lucifer Morningstar, I own this rather ravishing night club." Gianna stared at him, before she smiled softly. "Gianna Castellanos. Pleased to meet you Lucifer." , "Oh my lovely lady, the pleasure is all mine." Lucifer smiles warmly at the young woman, before he ordered a cognac himself. He sipped from the glass he held, and looked down at Gianna, the smile never fading from his face. "I must say, you look astonishing Gianna. Did you come here alone?" He raised a brow before taking another sip of his drink. "No actually, I came here with my sister. I just moved into the city today, and she said she knew the perfect place we could celebrate me starting a new life, and well here I am." She smirked, drinking more from her glass. Gianna didn't drink much, so she was a lightweight and she could already feel a buzz coming on from the three drinks she's had already. "Really? Well, what kind of a celebration would it be without your sister here?" Lucifer pried. "She saw you staring at me, and when you started to walk over here is when she ran off." She laughed softly, finishing off her cognac. "She told me you were handsome, and that with the way I look tonight I might catch your attention." Lucifers smile only grew bigger, looking Gianna up and down. "Well, I say 'bravo' to your sister because she was beyond right about me being handsome, and knowing you'd catch my eye. I like the sound of her already." Gianna laughed, hiding the slight blush that had spread over her cheeks.
