Playing hard to get

The question

The Yule ball was coming up and almost every boy in this entire school asked me, yet Draco hadn't. Pansy and I are going dress shopping, because even if we didn't have dates we were still gonna go.

As I walk out of my room over to pansy's all I can smell is peppermint, fire and weed. I mean it's not like I haven't been stoned before but oh well. However i wasn't gonna snitch on them, well I mean i can't snitch on someone for doing something I've all ready done.

Anyways I walk into pansy's room and see her and Blaise making out. I tell her we have to go dress shopping soon and after a while it doesn't look like there gonna stop any time soon so I just walk away. As I shut the door I see Draco right behind me.

"Jesus christ you scared the shit out of me" I say putting my hand on my chest.

"Wait don't tell me you actually did" he said raising his eyebrows.

"My god Malfoy did you even go to kindergarten, it's a met-a-phor" I snapped back.

"Well so sorry" he said slipping a not in my pocket and walking away. I pulled out the note and it said '𝑀𝑒𝑒𝑡 𝑀𝑒 𝐴𝑡 𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝐴𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑜𝑛𝑜𝑚𝑦 𝑇𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑟 𝐴𝑡 7 - ᗪ.ᗰ' I smiled to myself and checked the time: 5pm and I went to get ready.

I put on a semi skin tight, green dress that had a slit in the side and my favourite custom Air Force 1's that have green flowers on the tick. When I was finished getting ready It was quarter to 7 so I sat on my bed on my phone. Then pansy walked in.

"Hey, how was your make out session" I asked her.

"Fucking fantastic" she said while smiling. "Why are you all dressed up".

"Oh I'm meeting Draco at the astronomy tower in 10" I said back smiling.

"Ok well have fun" she said chuckling to herself as she walked out the door. I grabbed a cute black cropped leather jacket and walked out the door. I made sure to leave at 7 so I could leave him waiting, and if he stayed and waited I would know this is important.

As I finished climbing the stairs I saw Draco standing the with roses in his hand, first of all I HATE red so that sucked, but it was still cute.

"Aww how cute" I say in a sarcastic way, he hands them to me and says.

"Will you go to the ball with me?".

"Oh course I will" I say jumping into his arms. He sits down and I sit on his lap with my legs wrapped around his back. He leans in for a kiss and I kiss him back. That lasts about 10 minutes before I pull away and say "let's play a game".

"Ok what game?"he asked me.

"Never have I ever".

"Ok" he says.

"Ok umm, never have I ever gotten high?"I asked .

"I have" he answered.

"Omg sameee" we kept asking dumb never have I Evers all night. At about 1 in the morning we were snuggling on a picnic blanket when I asked.

"Hey Draco" he turned to look at me "what are we?" I asked "because it would be lovely to be a random hook up but like friends don't that at each other that way, I mean we could be friends with benefits but I dunno... huh what about-". But before I could say anything else he interpreted me.

"Woah woah woah calm down, your overthinking this".

"I mean what do you expect I have anxiety" I said while smiling.

"Wait you have anxiety, how come I've never seen you have a yn attack?".

"Because I'm also bipolar, oh and that's why I can be drunk as fuck one minute and then perfectly fine the next" I said "oh and please don't tell anyone I am cuz then everyone would think that I'm like mental or something even tho I can control it pretty w-".

"It's ok your secrets safe with me, now the answer to your question before.. I was wondering if ahh... you would be my.. girlfriend?" Draco asked me.

"Oh course dumbie"I said back. I gave him a hug then a quick kiss before saying

"Hey it's getting lat we should go back now".

"Yeah ok, come on let's go". Draco and I walked down the steps with just small talk. When we arrived back at my dorm I told him he could sleep with me if he wants. He took of his shirt and jumped into my bed. I walked over to my cupboard and grabbed out my sweatpants and took off my dress. I stood there for a second then bent down to grab my sweatpants and pulled them on. I ended up just wearing my black lacy bra to bed. I turned around to see Draco staring at every inch of my body.

"Do you have to watch me every time I get dressed" I asked

" what am I not allowed to look at my beautiful girlfriends stunning body" he snapped back

"I guess I can make and exception" I said climbing into bed. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me close. I felt so safe in his arms.
