diary entry 1
before it's too late.. (the confession)

oh hey! i should introduce myself, hi my name is shouyo hinata and i go to a school called karasuno. i play on the volleyball team and i'm know as the decoy or the recantation of the small giant. oh! did i mention that i have a huge crush on our teams main setter? well i do and his name is kageyama, whenever i go near him my heart races and i fall into heart eyes whenever he talks to me. something i don't like about him is that he's a bit too harsh on me, now i'm not talking about in volleyball i'm talking about outside of school or just in class. but that's what makes him kageyama. i don't think he likes me and i don't think he will ever think of me as his lover,more like his decoy.

as i closed my leather covered diary i feel a sharp pain on the back of my head, i turn around and all i see is kageyama looking down at me with a creepy grin. "hey" he paused looking to the left he sees a book named 'diary', "tsk, you're so goddamn childish anyways class is over let's go to practice, i'm setting 50 times to you so get your ass in the game" i blushed loving the way kageyama downgrades me.

i enter the gym looking around seeing the members stretch, sugawara looked at yelled "hinata you're late!! try not to do that again or daichi will go off" i open my eyes wide coming back to reality, 'oh shit ' i thought to myself. yelling back at sugawara while running to the locker room "gomen'nasai!!!"
after changing i went out and played, though i wasn't like other days where i was jumpy and full of that energy that named myself.
tanaka-senpai slapped my back with nishinoya beside him and asks "hey hinata what's wrong with you ,you're not acting like yourself at all today!" i make eye contact with him then looking down to the ground saying "it's nothing tanaka senpai" tanaka and soften in doubt but decided it was best to leave him alone for the time being.
after practice i was about to head out of the changing room until sugawara stopped me "hey hinata, if something's wrong please don't be scared to tell me, you know i'm always here for you and that goes for the rest of the team." i sigh i defeat knowing i can't keep my feelings in for too long before i let it all out and this time is sugawara. i look at him with watery eyes and start to cry with a stutter "i-i like kageyama but i don't know how to tell him.. i also don't think he likes me back.." sugawara lets out a huff "wow i didn't expect you to like him, well until you think the time is right i think you should really go for it. what can kageyama do? look i still can't believe you don't see it but kageyama looks at you with those glossy eyes but when he looks at someone it goes all dull! i know the way he talks and looks at you is way different than others. i'm telling you he likes you back there's no doubt!!" i wiped my warm tears and mumbled "should i ask him to come over?"sugawara looked at me with a that smile everyone loves "of course!! i'm rooting for you!" i said thank you and then turned around going back the gym where kageyama and daichi were cleaning the court. "hey kageyama" i said with a bright smile "hey boke what's up?" said kageyama while picking up volleyballs "i was woundering whether you wanted to come over and sleep over" i said with bright eyes. "sure" kageyama agreeing putting up the last volleyball, walking to the locker room with him i stare at his naked back blushing but before he turned around i turned around rubbing my cheeks to make it go away.

kageyama and i enter my house as i remember that my mom explained how she has to go to a week worth business trip and she had to bring natsu along. coming out of thought i told kageyama about my mom and how i would like him to stay for a while he agreed which was surprising because it's kageyama.
"so what do you wanna do ? " kageyama asked "let's watch a show!" i jumped up and down sprinting to the living room couch. i grabbed the remote and started to put on greys anatomy. kageyama chuckles following the shorter one and sit down beside of hinata. within 3 episodes hinata wanted to go for it. 'yolo am i right ' hinata thought then turned to kageyama focused on the tv "hey kageyama" kageyama turned around and looked at the oranges hairs eyes "yeah?" hinata wanted to do something that he didn't know if kageyama wanted it or not, but he did it anyways. hinata crawled over to kageyama sitting on his lap and making eye contact. kageyama blushed hard "what are you doing hinata?" hinata looking down with red ears" listen to me.. i've liked you for a quite a while and i'm not sure if you like me but i'm gonna go for it, kageyama will you go out with me?" kageyama looked surprised and started to studded "b-boke hints boke.. i like you too and i will go out with you" with that hinata started to tear up and kiss kageyama on the lips "i love you so much !" kageyama chuckled and started to cuddle hinata.

after few hours of greys anatomy and cuddling kageyama noticed hinata had fallen asleep on him. so he gently carried him to his bed room and snuggled right beside him thinking 'i'm one lucky man to have this precious human next to me' he kisses hinata one last time and knock out.
