Niall's Story

Chapter 11

Everyone was in there pajamas still. We all were gathered by the fire place as I spat out warm heat to the room. Me and Harry sat next to each other as Louis and Zayn sat pretty close as well. Liam had invited his girlfriend Dani. She seemed like a pretty nice lady. Her hair is crazy though! Louie, our hair stylist would love to get her hands on Dani’s hair.

“One Directions first Christmas together!” I smiled as I spoke, and all the boys shook their head up and down in agreement.

Harry laid his cheek to mine as he spoke. “New Holiday tradition?” Liams’ face lit up. I smiled and nodded trying to look up at Harry, but to no success.

Louis and Zayn have been pretty quiet.

We had all went out and bought different lights and decorations to put around the house. Me and Harry were the only ones home right now because Liam, Louis, and Zayn were out cutting down a tree for the living room. In the mean time me and harry were just setting up and placing different Christmas ordainments everywhere.

“I don’t want too anymore Ni” Harry whined out as he plopped onto the couch. I couldn’t help but laugh to myself.

“Alright Alright.” I spoke with a sigh “What would you like to do instead?” Walking over I sat next to him, and before I knew it, he had pulled me down to lay with him. The couch wasn’t too big so we laid there, face to face, watching each other. His arm slowly moved up and down to mine.

“Besides me..” He spoke gently and kissed my bottom lip once before speaking again. “What else do you want for Christmas? Something I can buy.” He smiled cheekily looking at me.

I couldn’t help but stare into his beautiful green eyes for a short moment before speaking. “I already have what I want, so.. I don’t want anything for Christmas” I smiled, even though it was a lie, iv been wanting a new pair of shoes for awhile now. He laughed a bit. “But what do you want for Christmas?” I spoke again now with a smile.

“I have everything that Iv always wanted.” He smiled more as my cheeks because to warm. We kissed a few short times. His arms ended up around my waist as I just laid there like a log, kissing him in return. I didn’t know what to do. How to act. I definitely know what I feel though. There’s no changing that.

“This tree is a bitch” Zayn groaned as he walked through the door. Me and Harry shot up to watch them. My heart raced because they just barged in without any warning. Its not like we were doing anything wrong though.

“Shut up, and stop complaining” Liam spoke out as he and Zayn carried the tree to where me and harry had cleared the space for. A female giggle came from behind Liam.

“You boys are so cute!” The girl was speaking, and by her voice i could tell it was Dani. I turned my head to look at harry now. He just smiled at me. I think he was looking at me the whole time.

Once The tree was set down all of us didn’t take a moment before we were starting to wrap the lights around the tree. Harry and I were going to hang all the ordainments up once Louis and Zayn were done with the lights.

“You lads did a nice job on the house” Liam spoke with a wide grin and wrapped his arm around The girls shoulders. I smiled proudly.

“Yeah! It looks fantastic!” Dani smiled as she looked at me and harry sitting by the tree.

“thank you” Harry spoke gently as he smiled. His dimples were so perfect. Even more perfect today than any other. Harry looked back at me and smiled a bit more. “Like what you see?” He smirked now. I laughed a bit and nodded slowly.

“You know it.” I didn’t know how to flirt. I just always spoke what ever was on my mind, and right now. My mind was off in Harry land. “Ever think about taking up playboy?” I smirked now. Harrys face went from a smirk to a bit of shock.

“Management wouldn’t let me. Trust me, I tired.” He laughed and so did I. Dani must of hear our conversation because she was laughing as well.

“What’s so funny?” Liam laughed a bit as was looking around. I just shook my head and smiled at Harry.

“Done!” Zayn spoke as he draped an arm over Louis’s shoulder. I turned my head quickly to look at our huge tree now full of light. All that was left were the ordainments that were soon to come!

Harry and I shot up from where we were sitting, and started putting on the ordainments all around. There were all kinds. Candy canes, Football ones, A lot of Santa’s, even some twinkle glass ones. At the bottom the the bag there was a bigger one than the rest.

“What’s this?” I spoke lightly taking it out. Harry walked behind me, and looked over my shoulder to look at it.

“One Directions first Tree Ordainment. We hand it up every year after this because it reminds us of when our first Christmas was together.” He spoke in my ear, making me shiver. I turned around to smile at him.

“Its huge” He laughed and nodded, taking it from my hands and putting it near the top of the tree.

“Done!” He smiled and turned to me. Everyone around us started clapping, so in reaction I bowed and laughed.

“all in a good days work!” I spoke out smiling at Liam. Wait.. Where did Louis and Zayn go? I turned to Harry with a questionable look then shrugged it off, and went to hug him instead. That’s it! I would get me and Harry an ordainment! So we can remember /Our/ first Christmas together! Even though we aren’t together. We should be though. Huh.
