I'm looking over a lake. It's dividing two jungles from each other. I hear the sound if a canon. I run up a tree that is leaning over the water. I see two men jump into the water. One is holding a triton and one is holding a sword. They fight until they are both under the water. The on with the triton pops up and grabs the other ones sword. A cabin goes if no time later. I'm frozen in my position. The man looks at me and smiles a smile saying 'your next'. I run down the tree and look back at the man. He's about to throw his triton when e gets hit by an arrow. I look behind to see a girl with a bow. A sharp pain goes in my back and I look behind. An arrow is sticking out of my back. I fall...

I wake up. I've fallen off of my hammock again. When my sister went into the hunger games she teamed up with a girl from 4 and she showed her how to make a hammock. For my birthday she made me one and I put it in the woods, in district boundaries. I run over to my 'clothes line' and grab a jacket and I try to run whirl putting on my boots.

I get home to the smell of cooking terissa grain. I put my name in more times for he grain. It's my first year in the reaping and today is the day.

I walk into my new home in the victors village. My sister won the hunger games two years ago. We live in District 3 the technology one. My sister is usually all talkative but it is my first year in reaping and I might not have much luck. My sister shows me my dress I'm going to wear. It is a lavender purple. It was my sisters one when she got reaped.

When it's on, my sister does my hair in a rap around braid. Her dress is the same colour be you can tell the Capitol made it.

I eat the terissa grain and then we head towards the justice building.

President Snows granddaughter thought it would be nice if the Hunger Games continued. I'm Beete's granddaughter. We are very smart, but that's what we are ment to be.

A girl prices my finger and it hurts only a little. My sister is standing in he stage. I walk over to the girl 12 year old section and wait.

A girl called Ann- Marie walks into the stage. Her dress is the same colour as mine, but really bold. Her hair is up as high as it can go. It is curled at the top.

"Welcome, Welcome. Today we select a new courageous man, and woman to compeat in the 5th Quarter Quell. Our president would like I announce the Quarter Quell." A scene pops up and her ace is there. "To remind us I'd the rebellion that happened, twice, for this years quarter quell, one girl aged 12 and one man aged 12 will go into the arena." The kids older than me are so happy. "And two others that are completely random." The older kids are sad again. There is now more chance that in going into the arena. Oh no!

The screen disperses and Ann goes up and walks next to the four reaping balls. "As normal, 12 ladies first." I'm crossing my fingers. My palms are sweaty. "Emi Lancasdam!" She says so cheerfully. I stare at everyone. Was that me? I think. Piece keepers grab my arms and pull me into the stage. "Rodney Desvers!" Why is she so happy? People are sent to there death place. He is also a 12. He walks up crying. Was that what I was like? I think.

"Now our normal aged!" She walks over to the other side of the stage. Shoves her hand in the ball. "Lillian Dugute!" I remember the name. She reaches out again. "Mathew Roghtway!" They both walk up. The girl is 16 and the boy is 18. The ages are so different.
