It was the new start of your 3rd year of high school. You were meeting up with your friend group.

You: Achim, guys!

Mina: Annyeong, Y/N!

Han: Achim!

Bang Chan: Glad to see everybody again!

Nayeon: Chan, we all hung out yesterday.

Bang Chan: I know, I know, but still. Anyway, let's go hang out on the school's rooftop.

Everybody was about to take off until Sana shouts.

Sana: Wait! We need to wait for one more person.

Felix: One more?

Mina: Yes. Our childhood friend.

Sana: She told us that she is coming to this school.

You: Awe-

???: Sana? Mina?

Time starts to slow down as you look up, spotting a Japanese girl walking towards your group.

You: (Holy crap, she's pretty.)

Hyunjin leans over to you, lowering his voice.

Hyunjin: Y/N, you're staring.

You shake your head.

You: Huh? Oh, I-I'm not.

Felix: Your eyes say you are.

Sana brings the girl between her and Mina.

Mina: Everyone, this is Momo. Momo, this is everyone.

Momo greets each one of your friends until she gets to you. You extend your hand, nodding.

You: Konnichiwa, I'm Y/N.

Momo: Ooh, you can speak Japanese?

You nod your head.

You: Yes, I took a Japanese class during my freshmen year.

Momo smiles.

Momo: Nice.

Changbin: Is that everyone?

Everybody checks their surroundings.

I.N: Yup.

Tzuyu: Onward!

The two groups head towards the stairs, making their way to the rooftop. You and Momo were behind.

You: So, Momo, what brought you to Seoul High?

Momo: Well, I came from my hometown in Japan, and my parents wanted me to reunite with my best friends.

You: That's nice. You know, I always wanted to visit Japan.

Momo: Really? Maybe I can take you there during Christmas.
