Bee was sleeping on the couch while Puppycat was staring outside the window.
Puppycat doesn't trust anyone...not even Bee. That's why he's been acting distant with her since the incident in the meadow. With the Space Princess betraying him and the way that he was turned into...this.
With him spacing out, he didn't even notice that an envelope was there in front of him. He read it and looked at Bee. She seems really tired. He decided to go alone.
~Meanwhile~
Bee yawned and stretched. "Puppycat?" She asked, but no response. "Puppycat are you there?" No response again. "Fine then." She got off the sofa and got dressed.
While she was trying to put the rest of her hair out of her sweater, she heard her doorbell ringing. "Coming!" She exclaimed and opened her door to find Deckard. They both reddened and Deckard smiled sheepishly, "Oh hi, Bee..." "Hey Deckard!" "May I come in..?" "Sure." She stepped aside to let him inside.
"Is Puppycat here?" Deckard said. "No. I tried to find him, but it seems I can't see him anywhere." They both sat together on the sofa. There was an awkward silence between them. "So..." Bee started. "Why are you here, again?" She asked, not making eye contact. "Oh, that. Um, I just wanted to hang out like old days. It seems like you're always busy with Puppycat, and...well, I kind of...missed you." "Oh." They both were as red as a tomato.
"So, what do you want to do?" Bee asked. "Why don't we cook something at my place?" "Of course!" Then they went out, locking the door in the process.
~Puppycat~
He couldn't believe that this temp work changed him back to a space outlaw. Of course he's overjoyed, but what would he tell Bee when he comes back? Will he trust her?
He went over to temp bot's mouth and got in. He was sent back to Bee's living room. All he could see was black. She must have gone somewhere else. A few ca-ash was sent to him and he put most of it on the table for Bee.
He turned on the light and saw everything clearly. He went over to the window he was in before. He looked at the eggplant pillow, eggplant blanket and his rain boots given by Bee. What if he really cared and trusted her? Would everything be awkward and stuff?
What if he thinks of Bee more than just a friend? No, he wouldn't think that. She might betray him...like the incident with him and the Space Princess.
He heard the door open and close. He saw Bee holding a container of casserole. She dropped it when she noticed him. "PUPPYCAT! THERE'S AN ALIEN IN MY LIVING ROOM!!! PUPPYCAT WHERE ARE YOU?!" She screeched. "Wait, Bee! It's me, Puppycat! Stop screaming like an idiot! You might annoy the neighbors!" She stopped and said, "Puppycat? YOU'RE Puppycat?!" He nodded firmly. She unexpectedly hugged him and whispered, "I was worried, Puppycat." He didn't react, though. He was still shocked with the sudden gesture. She sat down on the sofa and looked at him, "Where did you go while I was asleep?" "I got another temp work." She stood up and exclaimed, "Then why didn't you wake me up?!" He flinched and said, "You look really tired, Bee. I decided that I would let you sleep in today." Bee smiled at this,
"You do care."
