My own interpretation of this scene:
Olaf, built by Elsa, explains that love is putting some else's needs before yours...his personality was actually all 'inherited' by his creator, Elsa. Like how Olaf loves warm hugs, because Elsa wished to fell warmth after years of cold. And in this scene, i interpreted it as Elsa loved Anna, putting Anna's needs before hers for 11 years.
And this is why, I chose this scene.
