"bye!" I said to my father as I shut the car door and entered school. my nerves were swimming, I hoped that the boy from yesterday would be there. I didnt know what he had against ron but I didnt care, Ron doesnt go to this school so he won't know.

"hi!" a boy said walking up to me

"ah hi?" I responded awkwardly. he smiled and held out his hand

"names Neville! what's yours? oh wait no I know! harry right?!" he said. oh this was creepy

"ah yeah" I mumbled awkwardly

"I'll show you around!" he said happily, I sighed thankful, I was scared I was going to get lost. he asked for my time table and sighed

"ew. you have a Malfoy in every class! so unlucky" he said rolling his eyes

"Malfoy?" I mumbled, he nodded his head

"Malfoy's are the rulers of the school, they hate everyone and don't talk to anyone but each other, they are all adopted by Lucius Malfoy. Lucius is like some kind of match maker, they all are dating each other. all but draco that is, he has never been interested in anyone" he said, I didnt expect that much information but at least I know who to not talk to.

once he had shown me around it was about time for my first lesson. I sighed and walked into the class. the teacher there looked rather horrid, he was tall and had greasy shoulder length black hair, he was also dressed in all black, he looked like a try hard emo. ignoring him I walked to the back of the class and sat down awkwardly, it wasn't long until the class was full and students were happily talking.

suddenly someone sat next to me, I looked over to see that girl from yesterday

"hello" she smiled

"hi" I said back awkwardly. she smiled and pulled out her books for the class

"you're new right?" she asked pulling a pencil from her pocket

"yeah" I mumbled, I felt awkward sitting here. the teacher told me his name was Mr. snape, he said it rather harshly before continuing the lesson.

"this is the one class I hate" the girl whispered to me. I snorted, I already hated this class

"I'm Hermione by the way" she said holding her hand out,

"harry" I responded shaking her hand. her hand was ice cold, I couldn't be surprised, she was in a singlet and Jean's

"you're freezing!" i gasped, she sighed and shrugged

"I feel fine" she said calmly. I raised my eyebrow at her but didnt say anything more, I would give her my jacket but I was freezing myself, this classroom was freezing!

the next class I walked into was all the way across the school, I held ran there and just reached the class in time before the bell. I gasped seeing the boy from yesterday, again he was beautiful.

"Ah the new kid! Mr. potter! the only seat left-"

"IM SURE HE CAN SEE SIR!" a boy called from the back of the class cutting the teacher off. I giggled a little walking over to the seat and sitting down.

"hello" the boy said. I blushed a little and looked at him

"hi" I replied trying not to let my whole face go red. he smiled a little

"I'm draco" he said, he didnt hold out his hand, I was slightly thankful, I would have fainted. I remember Neville saying not to talk to a draco, but this man I couldn't hold back
