I walked harry to the cafe for his dinner, his hand was in mine, he refused to let go

"I'll pay" I said as we sat down after he ordered

"what? no! I can pay" he said quickly

"harry, my family is packed with money we wont ever use, please let me pay" I said kissing his hand. he sighed

"fine" he mumbled. his food came over and he ate it quickly. when we left we walked around town for a little

"harry!" that Neville boy called

"hi Neville!" he replied smiling as Neville and that blond girl walked up to us. the blond girl hugged him tightly

"I'm glad you're okay, you were rather drunk when we sent you home" she said, Neville was glaring at me

"why are you with Malfoy?!" he asked angrily

"why not" harry said definitely. luna sighed

"let him be Neville, come on" she said trying to pull him away but he didnt move

"why" he asked angrily. harry sighed and looked down at where he was holding my hand, Neville scoffed

"so what, you're dating him now?!" he said

"shut up Neville" luna snapped. Neville looked at her angrily

"whatever" he said pulling luna away. she turned back and gave a sad look at harry

"come on" harry mumbled pulling me along.

as soon as we got home harry pulled me to the couch in the living room and sat in my lap hugging me. I smiled and lay us down, but so he was still in my lap and rubbed his back

"sorry your friends are like that" I whispered. he cuddled closer and hid his face in my neck

"awww" the twins said walking in. I rolled my eyes at them jokingly

"you two havent seen Cedric have you?" George asked

"no, why?" I asked

"we... we got into a fight and now i cant find him" he said.

"maybe hes hunting to try calm himself down?" I suggested. George nodded his head

"maybe" he mumbled. he pulled fred out of the room. I realized Harry's body had gone limp against me and he was snoring slightly. I smiled and kissed the top of head and took his glasses off.

"so, you two are working things out I see" mother said sitting in front of us

"oh, ah, yeah" I said blushing. she smiled

"for someone that knows your a vampire, hes awfully trusting" she said softly

"what if I hurt him, accidentally, I mean I would never want to hurt him I intentionally, but I dont him to hurt at all" I whispered. mother sighed

"sometimes things happen that we can not help, but I know you. you will be there with him if something happens and you will help him" she said, trying to convince me

"mum"

"yes dear?"

"can you look after him for a couple of minutes? I need to eat" I said sheepishly

"of course" she smiled. I gently lifted him and placed him back down on the couch. with out saying another word I ran out of the house in desperate look for food. soon finding a deer, I had never been so relived to get blood in my life, I hadn't eaten in days.

"draco!" I heard Hermione yell. I ran back to her. she was at the house, harry was next to her. he gasped when he seen the left over blood on my face.

suddenly two wolf's ran up to house, harry ran to one of them and grabbed him roughly

"please ron! stop" he begged. the wolf froze then pushed harry away, turning back into ron

"why are you dating that blood sucker?! dont you see what's on his face?!" ron yelled. the other wolf turned into a girl

"what I said in that message is true, your like us harry, but... not quite... it's hard to explain" she said

"shut up" I said simply

"he will know soon enough" Hermione said walking over to help harry up

"leave now, your not aloud here" mother said walking out of the house

"we came here for harry. hes ours. he belongs with us" ron said

"he belongs with us" Hermione shot back. harry sighed angrily,

" I dont belong anywhere! I go where I want to go you shouldn't make those choices for me!" harry snapped. I smiled in pride

"well, on your birthday you'll regret saying that" ron snapped

"why can't you leave me alone?! okay so what if I turn wolf, dog or whatever?! it's my life you shouldn't be pushing me around" harry snapped back

"I'm only looking out for you"

"I dont want or need you too" harry said back. I walked over to harry and pulled him back into the house before anything else happend.

I pulled him into my room, he held onto me and cried into my chest.

"I wanna go back home" he said. I frowned

"okay, I'll take you-"

"no. I mean with mum, and severus..." he mumbled cutting me off. my face droped even more

"harry-"

"I know. I know I cant but I want her" he said softly. I sighed and pulled him to couch and let him sit in my lap, although I soon got up to turn the radio on to over power the yelling from outside
