JENNIE SIGHED AS SHE SWIRLED THE WINE IN HER GLASS. She was waiting patiently for you as you were talking to some important people for your father's company. She watched as you fake laughed with one of them, something she could recognise immediately about you.
You were a big shareholder for YG, which is how she met you. As someone who invests a lot of money in YG Entertainment every year, you get to meet whoever enters the company, even deciding who you think is most fit to debut in the new groups.
You met her back in 2015, at one of her training sessions together with the other BLACKPINK members. The way her body moved so graciously drew you in right away. Her cat eyes staring you up and down several times gave you enough courage to pull her aside after practice to ask for her number.
Two weeks later you both started dating, and now you've been together with her for four years.
You look to the side, putting your attention on your gorgeous girlfriend and keeping it away from the old man in front of you. A smile immediately graced your face as you saw her sitting there with a slight pout, waiting for you to came back to the table.
"Would you excuse me?" You ask the old man whose name you didn't bother learning.
"Of course."
Right away you make your way to the table, Jennie's face lighting up as she spotted you coming over. You sit down next to her, wrapping your arm around her waist as Jennie immediately wrapped hers around your neck.
"Why do you look so down?" You whisper into her ear, sending shivers down her spine.
"You left me alone." She pouted at you.
"Baby, I gotta make contacts here for my dad, you know how it works."
"I know... it's just boring." She mumbled into your shoulder as you press a kiss to the top of her head.
"Tell you what, I'll introduce you to some of them, if you want to of course. I can also bring you home if you'd like that more."
Jennie didn't care about business related things, nor was she interested in having the eyes of old men roam her body like she was a piece of meat for them to devour. She'd tolerate it, only because she wanted to be right next to you, because she wanted to feel your arm wrap around her waist tighter in jealousy whenever you'd spot people looking her up and down.
