P.4 - Its Not Whatever

As the car ride went on it became more and more awkward, it just consisted of faint snores from Rossi and Hotch, and quiet sighs from Y/N and Reid.

After about 10 minutes Y/N pulled into a beautiful driveway with palm trees and luminous lights around them.

The valet had taken the cars and right as Y/N was going to pay, Rossi reached over.

"Hey kiddo do you want me to pay for that?", asked Rossi.

"No don't worry I've got it all covered.", said Y/N to Rossi half smiling purely from exhaustion.

But Rossi realized that Y/N didn't even have to pay, she just nodded to the valet man and he walked away with keys.

Rossi also noticed the valet man's body language, being the great profiler that he his, the valet man was not scared but definitely felt inferior to Y/N.

Interesting, thought Rossi.

"I didn't know we were going on vacation Hotch.", said Morgan teasingly as he helped JJ and Emily with their bags.

"Well thank Y/N, she's the one that brought us here, but we are here for a case so let's keep that in mind.", said Hotch nicely but still sternly.

Once they entered the lobby they were waiting on a sofa and were offered snacks and drinks while they waited, then Emily asked Y/N,

"Hey Y/N how do you know this place?"

"Oh um well a friend of mine- well I just used to come here a lot with my friends.",Stuttered Y/N.

Reid looked at Y/N for a split second before returning to his book.

Then Y/N stood up and walked over to the check in desk and spoke there for about five minutes, Rossi then whispered to Hotch.

" She's buying the rooms and paying for the valet.. but I haven't seen her pay at all.."

"Yeah I noticed that too, but let's give Y/N her space. She probably has some connections here, and we shouldn't pry.", whispered Hotch back to Rossi.

However Reid was able to hear what they were saying, as much as he wanted to talk to Y/N he still felt like it was somewhat his fault for the way Y/N had reacted in the station a couple hours ago.

Then Y/N returned with 7 key cards for the rooms,

"Ok so everyone has their own rooms, here are your cards..", said Y/N while handing everyone their card.

"Alright follow me guys.", said Y/N after handing out all the cards, she grabbed her luggage and headed for the elevators.

The team had to split into two elevators, leaving JJ, Morgan, and Y/N in one elevator and the rest of the team in the other. Y/N pressed the button for the 41st floor and then leaned on the wall of the elevator in exhaustion.

Once the door opened they all said goodnight and went into their separate rooms.

Then the next elevator came up, Hotch, Rossi, Emily and Reid got out and did the same.

Meanwhile in Y/N's room she immediately changed into a huge hoodie and some short shorts she had, she took off her makeup and put her (Y/H/L), ( Y/C/H) into a high ponytail.

Then she turned the T.V. on and flopped onto the perfectly made bed. But then she noticed that her room connected to another room,

oh well, as long as it's locked, thought Y/N.

In Reid's room, he changed into some sweatpants and loose shirt he had, he propped himself on the bed and continued reading. But then he noticed the same thing Y/N did.
