It gets complicated

A MISTAKE

Andy abruptly woke up and grabbed her phone seeing that it was Monday. She had remembered what happened yesterday and was filled with sadness and anger. She though about kissing Sullivan and him telling her that she should go. She wasn't ready for the day , she didn't know what would happen. So Andy decided to go for a run to clear her mind before shift.

Sullivan woke up shortly after Andy left for her run. He remember what he had done yesterday and he had so much regret. He stayed in his bed thinking about what could've happened . But it couldn't have happened because then Andy would find out about his leg . Sullivan got up took a shower and started to make breakfast for the rest of station 19.

Everyone slowly started to wake up to the smell of bacon, eggs and bagels. Everyone was halfway through breakfast when Andy walked into the room. Everyone stopped what they were doing and just watched at her.

" Where were you." asked Maya
" I went on a run" said Andy " I needed to clear my head before work."
"Would you like some breakfast." Sullivan asked

   Andy just walked past him took an apple and walked away. Everyone felt the tension between them. They wondered what had happened.

"Everything ok Captain." Victoria asked
"Everything's fine" Sullivan Said " I'm gonna head to my office."

    Sullivan quickly put everything down and  went to his office. Kitchen everyone looked weirdly at each other. They didn't know what to do. Vic and Maya had finished eating and decided to go to Andy's room .

" Andy ... you in there." Vic asked
" We wanna talk to you" said Maya " can we come in."

    Andy was still silent so they decided to open the door and go into the room. They didn't know why but they knew that there friend needed them. When they entered the room they saw Andy making her bed and getting ready to take a shower.

" Andy are you ok, did something happen between you and Sullivan." Maya asked
" Everything is fine I just need to go take a shower" Said Andy " Excuse me."

  Andy went and locked herself in the bathroom . Her friends still worried about her. Meanwhile Jack and Ben went to Sullivan's office to talk to him. They didn't know what to say to him since they weren't really friends.

"Hey Captain... are you sure everything ok , you seemed kinda mad." said Ben
"Everything's fine .. just a little argument" Sullivan said lying "it'll be ok."
" Well whatever it is I think you two should talk , it could affect the rest of us" jack said leaving.

   Sullivan thought about what the guys said and he decided to go speak to Andy. There never seemed to be a good time to talk . Andy kept having to go on calls with Travis in the aid car. Sullivan decided to take travis' place so that he could get to talk to Andy.

- The alarm goes of requesting Aid 19 -
" Travis let's go" said Andy
" Actually I'm coming with you Herrera" Sullivan said smiling.
" Ok then ..... let's go." Andy said giving Travis a death stare.
"I'm sorry" Travis whispered as he saw Andy walking away.

  Andy and Sullivan got in the Aid car and Sullivan tried to speak to Andy but she ignored him the whole time. When they arrived back at the station Andy quickly got out the aid car and started to walk towards the door when Sullivan took her hand.

" Hey" he said in a strong tone " Is it that hard to just stop and talk to me?"
" Can you let go of me please I have somewhere I need to be." she said
" I'm not letting you go until you say something" Said Sullivan
" What do u want me to say?... that it's ok , that I understand because quite frankly I don't."
Andy said as she pulled her hand away as she walked back inside.

  Sullivan stayed outside for a while unsure of what he was going to do. He knew the only way to get over this was to explain that he told her to leave because of the nerve damage in his leg. He couldn't ... he didn't how he would or even how she would react. He told himself that he would have to live with her hating him. He walked back inside and went into the dining room.

   Back in Andy's room Vic and Maya came to talk to Andy but instead they find her crying.
They quickly ran over to comfort her not knowing what had happened. Andy hugged her friends and thanked them for always being there for her.
