One morning in the Uchiha household. Mikoto Uchiha, the wife of the Uchiha clan's head— was washing the dishes when the doorbell rang. She raises an eyebrow in confusion and closed the faucet, grabbed a clean towel, and dried her hands. She exits the kitchen and walked toward the front door to see who may be the person at her doorstep.
When she opened the door Mikoto widen her eyes and squealed in delight, enveloping the guest in a loving hug, causing the visitor to smile in amusement and hug her back with her other arm. The person at her doorstep was none other than her best friend, it was Mebuki Haruno, wife of the Haruno clan's leader, who had arrived at her door, holding a one-year-old Sakura Haruno in her arms.
The raven-haired woman let go of her hug and properly faced them. "Mebuki! Good morning! And good morning to you too! Saku-chan!" Mikoto greeted them with joy. Sakura giggled cutely and babbled a 'good morning' well more like 'goo monin' making Mikoto awe at her.
