The date

Hello! This was suposed to be a one-shot, but I had an idea for a part two, so this is now a two-shot. I personaly liked the first chapter better, but I would consider this a good job for me anyway. Thank you for reading this!

The blonde sat in shock. Whatever she was expecting, it definitely wasn't this. Not that she wasn't happy. She was overjoyed. Who wouldn't be? Getting the phone number of your celebrity crush was a big deal.

On the train ride back home it was all she thought about.

While eating dinner it was all that was on her mind.

Kiyoko stayed on her mind until Yachi fell asleep. And she appeared in her dreams anyway.

So when Hitoka woke up, she knew what to do. She will now send a message to Kiyoko. How hard can it be? It's just a text after all.

After several hours of preparing she was about to take action, but she couldn't bring herself to send the message. What if this isn't what Kiyoko meant with the phone? What if she wanted a friend, not a girlfriend?

Fortunately she didn't need to worry about sending the text for much longer. Because Kiyoko Shimizu beat her to it.

Hello, Hitoka-chan! I had a nice time talking to you yesterday, so I was hoping we could meet up sometime soon.

Yachi Hitoka

Do you have a place in mind?

Yachi hoped she didn't. She took a long time to think of a place for the date.

Kiyoko Shimizu

No, i don't.

Is there a place you would like to visit, Hitoka-chan?

Yachi Hitoka

Yes.

I know a great place for stargazing.

We could also bring some snacks, so it would also be a picnic.

Kiyoko Shimizu

Sounds good;)

How about we do it this friday night?

Wow. Yachi just scheduled a date with Kiyoko Shimizu. She will really need to thank her mom for buying those tickets. But now she needs to call Hinata to inform him and ask for advice. Hitoka hasn't really been on dates before. Especially with celebrities. Well nor was Hinata, but that's not the point.

So she called him.

"Ohayo, Yachi!" Yachi heard Hinata's sleepy voice.

"Hi, Hinata! I hope I didn't wake you up. But I have news that couldn't wait! "

"Oh? What is it?"

"I have scheduled a date with Kiyoko Shimizu! "

"Whoa! Really? Wait- When and how?"

"Friday. We will stargaze!"

"No, how did you schedule a date with her?"

"Oh. She gave me her number yesterday on a rooftop."

...

"I won't even ask."

"I'm so nervous! And also happy!"

"I'm happy for you, Yachi!"

As the days went by, Hitoka just got more and more excited. She almost walked in a door multiple times, because she was daydreaming about her date. But can you blame her? If your celebrity crush asked you out you would probably run into a door too.

After walking into 5 different doors the big day finally came. Yachi felt like she was dreaming. Only after she arrived at the hillock and exchanged greetings with Shimizu she was sure that this wasn't a dream. She was sure that she wasn't going to wake up to the sound of her alarm clock.

"You look amazing, Kiyoko-san!" Yachi said while eyeing the other woman.

"Thank you! You do too, Hitoka-chan!" Kiyoko cast her a smile that could light up the entire planet. She took out a picnic basket, "I bought some barbecue and apple juice. I hope you will like them."

"I have home-made pizza."

They sat down and chatted for a bit. When they got hungry they started eating.

"Say, Hitoka-chan, do you like kids?" Kiyoko asked.

Yachi's face lit up. : "Absolutely! I am a kindergarten teacher. My mom was always working, so I want to spend a lot of time with kids, so they don't feel lonely. That way , if they have busy parents they at least have a teacher to count on. What about you?"

"I like spending time with kids. I have a nephew. He's 7 and I really enjoy taking him to fun places."

And just like that they chatted away until it got dark. Now it was the time for stargazing. Both women laid down on the picnic blanket, which was now clear from any food.

Yachi took out a map of stars from her backpack. She traced a constellation with her finger.

"This is the virgo constellation. It's also the 2nd biggest constellation. What's your zodiac sign?"

"Capricorn."

After a few seconds Yachi showed her Capricorn constellation. And some other constellations too.

After the date was over it was time to say goodbyes.

"I really enjoyed this and would like to go on another date soon, Kiyoko-san!"

"Me too, Hitoka-chan. You must be the first person I feel so attracted to after just one date. I hope that I get to spend a lot more time with you!"

Yachi didn't know what she was thinking, when she wrapped her arms around Shimizu, she was acting purely on her emotions. She put a hand to Kiyoko's face, flashed a smile, and leaned in for a kiss. Shimizu did the same. It was a long and passionate kiss. Yachi felt butterflies in her stomach. She could only hear her own heartbeat, since everything else seemed to disappear during this amazing moment.

When the kiss ended Yachi looked at Kiyoko with a smile on her face and a blush on her cheeks: "Thank you for this amazing evening, Shimizu-san! Goodnight, then."

"Goodnight to you too, Hitoka-chan!"

Oh, Yachi was sure that she would have a goodnight.
