Sammy's mother kept knocking on her door, "Sammy, come on, breakfast. Unlock this door, and come downstairs."

"No," Sammy yelled, throwing a pillow at the door, "Go away. I'm not getting up."

"Sammy, get up. Come on now, or you are never going out again," Mom continued.

"Fine. I'll gladly stay in my room forever," she said. Mom backed away and gave her space for a few minutes. This sounded like the old Sammy speaking.

Then Sammy heard a knock at the front door, "Sammy, come down, CJ is here," Mom called up to her.

"Tell her to go away," Sammy yelled, "I'm never leaving my room again. I told you."

Apparently, neither Mom nor CJ were having that answer. CJ came barrelling up the stairs. "Open the door, Sammy. Let's talk about it, please," CJ begged from outside the door.

"No."

"Don't you want to know what happened after you left? Please, don't do this," CJ continued, with no response, then an idea came to her head. "Don't you want to know what my brother said about you this morning?"

"Fine," she got up, straightening her hair and tying her robe tighter. She finally opened the door. "What did your brother have to say about me?"

"Gross. I knew you'd open the door for that!" CJ said. Sammy ushered CJ into the room and the girls sat down on the bed.

"Well, what did he have to say about me?" Sammy said.

"Nothing, but he just wanted me to check on you because he said you were upset last night. He also told me to tell you that business was taken care of before sunrise?? Not sure what he meant by that, but I figured I'd pass it on anyway," CJ said.

The girls continued to talk, Sammy seemed to be in a better mood. CJ couldn't stop talking and told her that after she left nothing really happened at the party. Maddy didn't seem to go looking for her or anything nor did anyone say anything about Sammy except for Tremaine. CJ told him Sammy had fallen in the mud and had to go home so as not to make him dirty. Oh, yeah, and that Gil was lost and couldn't find Harry and that is how she knew he and Sammy were together (gross). However, Gil joined the girls and they all had a blast dancing the night away. CJ even admitted that she definitely would not mind hanging out at the Chip Shop again provided that Gil was there, not because she liked him in that way, but because he was so much fun to hang out with.

Later that evening, after dark, Sammy sat in her bed and was doing some extra reading for school. It had been quiet outside, except for the wind that was a slight bit more blustery than usual. As she started to get into the topic of magical creatures found in Auradon, she heard something hitting her window. She ignored it, assuming it was the wind, and continued her reading. A few seconds later, she heard it again. This time, she got up to check what it was.

She first looked out the closed window but didn't see anything scratching upon it. When she opened the window and looked down, she saw Harry looking up at her, smiling, with a hand full of rocks.

Laughing, she said, "what are you doing here?"

"I have to talk to you. I couldn't leave things the way they were last night when Uma left. And it's late and I didn't want to make a big scene in front of your family, so here I am."

"I can come out, just give me a sec. I am warning you, I am a total mess!" Sammy said, shutting the window. She looked in the mirror and straightened herself out as best as possible, trading the robe for an oversized sweater and leggings and boots.

She ran downstairs, putting the porch light on, and telling her parents she was meeting a friend outside for a few minutes for some homework questions. Then she slipped out the front door. Harry was waiting on the porch.

"Hey," he said looking her up and down, a grin playing on his lips. "You're hardly a mess; you look beautiful, actually."

"Thanks," she replied back, blushing a little from his compliment and trying to avoid his gaze. There was a moment of uncomfortable silence between the two of them. Sammy didn't want him to know just how much he had an effect on her, and he was not sure how to break the tension stemming from the intense chemistry between them that Sammy was trying to deny for the sake of Uma. Sammy, not wanting to prolong the discomfort, took a deep breath to clear her face and spoke up, finally looking at his face and not the ground. "What's up?" she said.

"Look, Sammy, I couldn't stop thinking about you all day. And I told Uma like it is. She may be the captain because it is her ship, but as long as I get my stuff done, she needs to get over the fact that she is not always the center of my attention. I told her she needs to lay off of you," he said with a desperate tone in his voice.

"Harry, I don't want to start any problems. My intention wasn't to shake anything up at Serpent Prep. Maybe I just have to lay low, so things go back to normal. I'm sorry if I caused you any trouble." She turned back in the direction of the front door defeated.

Harry was not giving up. He had never felt this way before about anyone, and he was not going to let her get away. He quickly walked over to her, and grabbed her hand pulling her back around towards him. "Hey, I don't want things to go back to normal," looking right into her eyes. "Do you?"

"Harry, I don't know what I -," she stopped, her eyes meeting and locking with his, and sighed. She was entranced by him and she couldn't fight her feelings back anymore. "No, I don't either."

"Come here," he said, wrapping his arms around her waist and pulling her in close for a hug. She then looked up at him and smiled. "I walked around after I left you all last night and I realized something. Sammy, you're my second star to the right," he said looking in her eyes.

"This is what I should have done last night," he said. He grabbed the side of her face gently and tenderly, rubbing her cheek with his thumb. He moved his mouth towards hers, slamming against her lips with his own. Their eyes both naturally closed. After a moment, he parted his lips, his tongue begging for entrance into her mouth. She parted her lips and their tongues met, sending electricity through both of their bodies. They moved their tongues in a perfect rhythm, as if they had kissed like this for years. He broke away so they could catch some air, but Sammy grabbed him by his shirt and immediately pulled him back into her and kissed him back in approval, grabbing the back of his head and running her fingers through his hair. The kisses lasted for a few minutes and everything around them just seemed to fade away. The only thing that existed to them both at the moment was each other and the intense connection that they felt as their mouths were joined together and their hearts beating together, faster, but in perfect unison.

After a bit, they both needed to come up for air, and with his eyes still closed, Harry said, "Wow." Sammy giggled and opened up her eyes to look at Harry's face. Harry started to lean back in for more, but Sammy stopped him, suddenly confused. Fear and anxiety spread through her core as she looked around and her house and yard, or anything familiar to her, was no longer there.

"Harry, I don't think we're on the Isle anymore..."
